أعلن الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (فيفا) إيقاف قيد الفريق الأول لكرة القدم بنادي الزمالك المصري، للمرة الثامنة في أقل من شهرين. وذكر الموقع الرسمي لـ«فيفا» أن قرار إيقاف القيد يمتد لـ3 فترات تسجيل، دون الكشف عن سبب العقوبة، في حين أفادت تقارير صحفية بأن القرار جاء بسبب عدم التزام الزمالك بسداد أحد أقساط صفقة ضم اللاعب الفلسطيني عدي الدباغ من نادي شارلروا البلجيكي.
شروط رفع العقوبة
ويشترط الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم التوصل إلى تسوية مالية مع الأطراف المتضررة، سواء من خلال السداد الفوري للمستحقات المتأخرة أو الاتفاق على جدولتها، من أجل رفع عقوبة إيقاف القيد بشكل رسمي والسماح للنادي بتسجيل لاعبين جدد.
أزمة مالية طاحنة
ويعاني نادي الزمالك أزمة مالية حادة، تفاقمت خلال الفترة الأخيرة، عقب قرار وزارة الإسكان المصرية سحب أرض النادي بمدينة السادس من أكتوبر، المخصصة لإنشاء فرع جديد، بدعوى «عدم الجدية في التنفيذ».
ووفقاً لتصريحات نائب رئيس نادي الزمالك هشام نصر، فإن إجمالي ديون القلعة البيضاء بلغ نحو 2.5 مليار جنيه.
The International Football Federation (FIFA) announced the suspension of the registration of the first football team of the Egyptian club Zamalek for the eighth time in less than two months. The official FIFA website stated that the suspension decision extends for 3 registration periods, without revealing the reason for the penalty, while press reports indicated that the decision came due to Zamalek's failure to pay one of the installments for the transfer of Palestinian player Oday Al-Dabbagh from the Belgian club Charleroi.
Conditions for Lifting the Penalty
FIFA requires reaching a financial settlement with the affected parties, either through immediate payment of overdue dues or by agreeing on a payment schedule, in order to officially lift the registration suspension and allow the club to register new players.
Severe Financial Crisis
Zamalek Club is suffering from a severe financial crisis, which has worsened recently following the decision of the Egyptian Ministry of Housing to withdraw the club's land in the Sixth of October City, designated for the establishment of a new branch, on the grounds of "lack of seriousness in execution."
According to statements by Zamalek Club Vice President Hisham Nasr, the total debts of the White Castle have reached approximately 2.5 billion Egyptian pounds.
