واصل فريق الخلود سلسلة انتصاراته محققاً الانتصار الثالث على التوالي، للمرة الأولى في تاريخه في دوري المحترفين، ومحققاً كذلك أكبر انتصار له بعد فوزه القوي على ضيفه النجمة بنتيجة 5/1 في اللقاء الذي جمعهما على استاد مدينة الملك عبدالله الرياضية ببريدة ضمن لقاءات الجولة الخامسة من دوري روشن السعودي للمحترفين.
وأحرز أهداف الخلود الخمسة كل من: محمد صوعان (د: 4)، راميرو إنريكي من ركلة جزاء (د: 24)، ميزياني ماوليدا (د: 45+1)، هتان باهبري (د: 84)، عبدالعزيز العليوه (د: 90)، فيما جاء هدف النجمة الوحيد عن طريق العراقي علي جاسم (د: 11)، وحصل لاعب النجمة سامير كايتانو على بطاقة حمراء بعد حصوله على البطاقة الصفراء الثانية (د: 67).
وشهد اللقاء بداية قوية لفريق الخلود، ومن تمريرة ذكية من راميرو إنريكي وصلت الكرة لجون باكلي ليلعبها عرضية أرضية، ويسددها محمد صوعان في المرمى كهدف أول للخلود (د: 4)، وجاء رد فريق النجمة سريعاً، إذ أحرز علي جاسم واحداً من أجمل الأهداف بعد أن تلقى تمريرة من زميله بلال بوطوبة ليتخطى جاسم لاعبين من الخلود قبل أن يسدد الكرة في المرمى كهدف أول للنجمة (د: 11)، وعاد الخلود للتقدم مجدداً عن طريق راميرو إنريكي من ركلة جزاء (د: 24)، وفي الوقت بدل الضائع من الشوط الأول سجل ميزياني ماوليدا الهدف الثالث للخلود بعد هجمة مرتدة، حيث انطلق ماوليدا بالكرة من الجهة اليسرى وراوغ المدافع فهد العبدالرزاق وسددها ماوليدا قوية في الزاوية البعيدة على يسار الحارس فيكتور براجا (د: 45+1).
وفي الشوط الثاني تلقى مدافع النجمة سامير كايتانو البطاقة الحمراء بعد حصوله على البطاقة الصفراء الثانية (د: 67)، ليستغل الخلود النقص العددي لضيفه النجمة ويضيف هدفين، إذ تمكن هتان باهبري من تسجيل الهدف الرابع بعد مجهود فردي رائع تخطى من خلاله لاعبين من النجمة ليدخل لمنطقة الجزاء ويسدد كرة قوية سكنت الشباك (د: 84)، ومن ثم سجل عبد العزيز العليوي الهدف الخامس (د: 90)، لينتهي اللقاء بفوز الخلود بـ5 أهداف لهدف.
وبهذه النتيجة يحقق الخلود فوزه الثالث على التوالي ويحقق أكبر انتصار له في دوري المحترفين ويصل للنقطة التاسعة، وسيلاقي في الجولة القادمة مضيفه الرياض، فيما تلقى النجمة الخسارة الخامسة وبقي من دون نقاط، وسيواجه في الجولة القادمة ضيفه الأهلي.

The Al-Khulood team continued its winning streak, achieving its third consecutive victory for the first time in its history in the Professional League, and also securing its largest win after a strong victory over its guest Al-Najma with a score of 5-1 in the match held at King Abdullah Sports City in Buraidah as part of the fifth round of the Roshan Saudi Professional League.
The five goals for Al-Khulood were scored by: Mohammed Suwan (4'), Ramiro Enrique from a penalty (24'), Miziani Maouida (45+1'), Hattan Bahbri (84'), and Abdulaziz Al-Aliwi (90'), while Al-Najma's only goal came from the Iraqi player Ali Jasem (11'), and Al-Najma's player Samir Caetano received a red card after getting his second yellow card (67').
The match witnessed a strong start from Al-Khulood, as a clever pass from Ramiro Enrique reached John Buckley, who played a ground cross, allowing Mohammed Suwan to shoot it into the net for Al-Khulood's first goal (4'). Al-Najma responded quickly, as Ali Jasem scored one of the most beautiful goals after receiving a pass from his teammate Bilal Boutouba, dribbling past two Al-Khulood players before shooting the ball into the net for Al-Najma's first goal (11'). Al-Khulood regained the lead again through Ramiro Enrique from a penalty (24'), and in stoppage time of the first half, Miziani Maouida scored the third goal for Al-Khulood after a counterattack, where Maouida advanced with the ball from the left side, dribbled past defender Fahd Al-Abdulrazak, and shot it powerfully into the far corner to the left of goalkeeper Victor Braga (45+1').
