أكد المدرب الوطني السعودي الكابتن حسن الزبيدي لـ«عكاظ» أن المواجهة المرتقبة بين المنتخبين السعودي والعراقي، مساء اليوم الثلاثاء، تُعد من المواجهات التي تعتمد على الجزئيات الصغيرة. مشيراً إلى أن من أبرز هذه الجزئيات الجانب النفسي والتحضير الذهني للاعبين، إلى جانب التنظيم الدفاعي والتواصل الميداني وتقارب الخطوط والسيطرة على منتصف الملعب.
وأوضح الزبيدي أن المواجهات الفردية على أطراف الملعب واستغلال سرعة التحولات ستكون عاملاً حاسماً في تحديد ملامح النتيجة، مبيناً أن المنتخب السعودي يملك فرصتين للتأهل إلى كأس العالم، سواء عبر الفوز أو التعادل، بينما المنتخب العراقي لا يملك سوى خيار الانتصار إن أراد خطف بطاقة الصعود.
أما من الناحية التكتيكية، فأوضح أن المنتخب السعودي سيلعب بتشكيلة 4-2-3-1 تتحول إلى 4-3-3 عند الضغط العالي، إذ يميل المدرب هيرفي رينارد إلى الاستفادة من عرضيات الأجنحة والتحولات السريعة عبر اختراقات الجناحين وتبادل المراكز في الثلث الهجومي، مع الاعتماد على سالم الدوسري وصالح أبو الشامات في تنويع الحلول الهجومية.
في المقابل، من المتوقع أن يعتمد المنتخب العراقي على الرسم نفسه 4-2-3-1، لكن بأسلوب أكثر تحفظًا يركّز على الانضباط الدفاعي والكرات الطولية خلف الظهيرين، إذ يسعى المدرب غراهام أرنولد إلى جعل المباراة «مباراة هدف واحد»، بفرض إيقاع منخفض ثم الانقضاض عبر الهجمات المرتدة.
واختتم الزبيدي تصريحه قائلاً: «المنتخب السعودي يملك كل مقومات التفوق، بشرط أن يحافظ على تركيزه الذهني واستحواذه الإيجابي، وأن يقرأ مجريات اللقاء بهدوء وذكاء منذ البداية حتى صافرة النهاية».
