According to sources, "Okaz" learned that the Moroccan international goalkeeper, who plays for Al-Hilal, is on track to extend his contract with his current club, following ongoing negotiations between the two parties to finalize his stay with the leader until 2027. His contract with Al-Hilal ends in August 2026, and the club's management aims to retain him, as he is considered one of the key pillars in the blue squad's lineup.

The goalkeeper Bono succeeded with the leader through his remarkable presence in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, in addition to winning four titles with the Al-Hilal team (the Super Cup twice, the Roshan Saudi Professional League, and the King’s Cup).

It is worth mentioning that Al-Hilal signed goalkeeper Yassine Bono from Sevilla FC in August 2023, with a contract lasting for three sports seasons, until August 2026.
