أعلن نادي إنتر ميلان الإيطالي، اليوم (الخميس)، تعاقده مع المدافع الإنجليزي جون ستونز، قادماً من مانشستر سيتي، خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية الحالية.
عقد حتى 2028
وقال النادي، في بيان عبر موقعه الرسمي، إن ستونز، البالغ من العمر 32 عاماً، وقّع عقداً يمتد حتى 30 يونيو 2028، دون الكشف عن القيمة المالية للصفقة.
وأضاف البيان: «بعد 32 عاماً قضاها في إنجلترا، يستعد جون ستونز لبدء فصل جديد في ميلانو، مدعوماً بكل الخبرة التي اكتسبها طوال مسيرته».
مسيرة حافلة مع السيتي
وقضى ستونز 10 سنوات بقميص مانشستر سيتي، توج خلالها بستة ألقاب في الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز، وثلاثة ألقاب في كأس الاتحاد الإنجليزي، وثلاثة ألقاب في كأس رابطة الأندية الإنجليزية المحترفة، إلى جانب لقب دوري أبطال أوروبا وكأس العالم للأندية.
The Italian club Inter Milan announced today (Thursday) that they have signed English defender John Stones, coming from Manchester City, during the current summer transfer window.
Contract until 2028
The club stated in a statement on its official website that Stones, who is 32 years old, has signed a contract that extends until June 30, 2028, without disclosing the financial details of the deal.
The statement added: "After 32 years spent in England, John Stones is preparing to start a new chapter in Milan, supported by all the experience he has gained throughout his career."
Successful career with City
Stones spent 10 years wearing the Manchester City shirt, during which he won six Premier League titles, three FA Cups, three EFL Cup titles, in addition to the UEFA Champions League and the FIFA Club World Cup.
