نفى ريال مدريد الإسباني شائعات التفاوض مع نجم بايرن ميونخ الألماني مايكل أوليسيه لضمه خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية.

وقال النادي في بيان: «رداً على المعلومات التي ظهرت في وسائل إعلام مختلفة بشأن اهتمام مزعوم لنادينا بلاعب بايرن ميونخ مايكل أوليس، نؤكد أنه لم يكن هناك أي اتصال مباشر أو غير مباشر مع اللاعب المذكور أو ممثليه أو أي أشخاص من محيطه».
وأضاف: «كما نؤكد على العلاقة المؤسسية الممتازة التي تربطنا بنادي بايرن ميونخ، الذي يشاركه تاريخاً طويلاً من الاحترام المتبادل والتعاون والإعجاب، ونأسف لنشر تكهنات لا تعكس الحقيقة».
وختم بيان النادي الإسباني: «لطالما حافظ الناديان على علاقة مبنية على الثقة والاحترام المتبادل، وهو ما يتجسد، من بين أمور أخرى، في القناعة المشتركة بأن أي اهتمام محتمل بلاعب ينتمي للنادي الآخر يجب أن يُناقش أولاً بين الكيانات نفسها، وفقاً لمبادئ الولاء المؤسسي التي كانت دائماً أساس العلاقات التاريخية بين بايرن ميونخ وريال مدريد».
شرط التفاوض المباشر مع اللاعبين
وبحسب لوائح الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم «فيفا»، يجب على النادي الراغب في إبرام عقد مع لاعب محترف أن يُخطر ناديه بنيته كتابةً قبل بدء المفاوضات مع اللاعب.
كما تمنح اللوائح اللاعب المحترف حق التفاوض مع أي نادٍ آخر دون موافقة ناديه خلال الأشهر الستة الأخيرة من عقده.
Real Madrid has denied rumors of negotiations with Bayern Munich star Michael Oliseh to sign him during the summer transfer window.
Real Madrid Statement
The club stated: "In response to information that has appeared in various media regarding an alleged interest from our club in Bayern Munich player Michael Oliseh, we confirm that there has been no direct or indirect contact with the mentioned player, his representatives, or any individuals from his circle."
It added: "We also reaffirm the excellent institutional relationship we have with Bayern Munich, which shares a long history of mutual respect, cooperation, and admiration, and we regret the dissemination of speculation that does not reflect the truth."
The Spanish club concluded its statement: "Both clubs have always maintained a relationship based on trust and mutual respect, which is embodied, among other things, in the shared conviction that any potential interest in a player belonging to the other club should first be discussed between the entities themselves, in accordance with the principles of institutional loyalty that have always been the foundation of the historical relationships between Bayern Munich and Real Madrid."
Condition for Direct Negotiation with Players
According to FIFA regulations, a club wishing to enter into a contract with a professional player must notify the player's club of its intention in writing before starting negotiations with the player.
The regulations also grant the professional player the right to negotiate with any other club without the consent of his club during the last six months of his contract.
