تعود فصول الخلاف القانوني بين كيليان مبابي ونادي باريس سان جيرمان إلى الواجهة مجدداً، في قضية مالية مفتوحة منذ رحيل النجم الفرنسي عن «حديقة الأمراء»، وما زالت تُلقي بثقلها على العلاقة المقطوعة بين الطرفين.
صحيفة «ليكيب» الفرنسية كشفت أن مبابي لجأ مجدداً إلى القضاء عبر محضر رسمي، مطالباً بالحصول على مستحقات مالية متأخرة يرى أنها لم تُسدَّد حتى اللحظة، رغم صدور حكم قضائي سابق لصالحه.
وكان القضاء الفرنسي قد أصدر، في نهاية ديسمبر 2025، حكماً يُلزم باريس سان جيرمان بدفع نحو 55 مليون يورو، تشمل رواتب متأخرة، ومكافآت توقيع، وحوافز أخلاقية، إضافة إلى مستحقات إجازات مدفوعة، إلى جانب مبلغ إضافي يقارب 5.9 مليون يورو يمثل الإجازات المتبقية مرفقة بفوائد التأخير.
وبحسب الصحيفة، فإن إدارة باريس سان جيرمان قامت بالفعل بسداد الجزء الأكبر من المبلغ المحكوم به، حيث حوّلت 55 مليون يورو تغطي رواتب أشهر أبريل ومايو ويونيو 2024، فضلاً عن المكافآت والحوافز المرتبطة بها، في خطوة خففت جزئياً من حدة النزاع.
إلّا أن الملف لم يُغلق بالكامل، إذ بقي مبلغ يقارب 5.9 مليون يورو خارج دائرة السداد، ما دفع مبابي إلى إعادة تفعيل المسار القانوني، عبر محضر قضائي جديد يطالب فيه بالحصول على هذا الجزء المتبقي، الذي يتضمن مستحقات إجازات مدفوعة وفوائد التأخير المترتبة عليها.
وأوضحت «ليكيب» أن أمر الدفع منح إدارة باريس سان جيرمان مهلة قانونية لا تتجاوز 8 أيام لتسوية المبلغ العالق، وفي حال عدم الامتثال، يحق لمحامي مبابي اللجوء إلى إجراءات أكثر تصعيداً، قد تصل إلى الحجز المباشر على أموال النادي أو حساباته البنكية.
تصعيد جديد يُنذر بأن واحدة من أكثر القضايا تعقيداً في علاقة نادٍ بنجمه السابق لم تصل بعد إلى فصلها الأخير.
The chapters of the legal dispute between Kylian Mbappé and Paris Saint-Germain are back in the spotlight, in a financial case that has been open since the departure of the French star from the "Parc des Princes," and it continues to weigh heavily on the severed relationship between the two parties.
The French newspaper "L'Équipe" revealed that Mbappé has once again turned to the courts through an official report, demanding the payment of overdue financial dues that he believes have not been settled to this day, despite a previous court ruling in his favor.
French courts had issued, at the end of December 2025, a ruling obligating Paris Saint-Germain to pay around 55 million euros, which includes overdue salaries, signing bonuses, and moral incentives, in addition to dues for paid vacations, along with an additional amount of approximately 5.9 million euros representing remaining vacations along with late payment interest.
According to the newspaper, the management of Paris Saint-Germain has already paid the majority of the ruled amount, having transferred 55 million euros covering the salaries for the months of April, May, and June 2024, as well as the associated bonuses and incentives, in a move that partially alleviated the intensity of the dispute.
However, the file has not been fully closed, as an amount of approximately 5.9 million euros remains unpaid, prompting Mbappé to reactivate the legal process through a new judicial report in which he demands this remaining part, which includes dues for paid vacations and the associated late payment interest.
"L'Équipe" clarified that the payment order granted the management of Paris Saint-Germain a legal deadline of no more than 8 days to settle the outstanding amount, and in the event of non-compliance, Mbappé's lawyer has the right to resort to more escalatory measures, which may include direct seizure of the club's funds or bank accounts.
This new escalation warns that one of the most complicated cases in the relationship between a club and its former star has not yet reached its final chapter.
