رفض النجم الأرجنتيني ليونيل ميسي التعليق على مستقبله مع ناديه إنتر ميامي الأمريكي بعد الخسارة التي تعرض لها الفريق أمام أورلاندو سيتي بنتيجة 3-0 في الجولة الـ14 من الدوري الأمريكي، مكتفيا بالقول: «لا، لا» عند سؤاله عن مستجدات تجديد عقده الذي ينتهي في ديسمبر القادم.
كما أعرب عن استيائه الشديد من الأخطاء التحكيمية التي شهدتها المباراة، مطالبا القائمين على البطولة بمعالجة مشكلة التحكيم بشكل عاجل لضمان نزاهة المنافسة.
ويستعد ميسي حالياً لقيادة فريقه في بطولة كأس العالم للأندية، التي تستضيفها الولايات المتحدة في يونيو القادم، حيث يواجه إنتر ميامي نادي الأهلي المصري في المباراة الافتتاحية يوم 15 من الشهر نفسه.
وانضم ميسي إلى إنتر ميامي بعقد مدته عامان ونصف العام ينتهي بنهاية موسم الدوري الأمريكي هذا العام. وأكد مسؤولو النادي أن لديهم رغبة في الاحتفاظ بالنجم الأرجنتيني للعام القادم 2026 على الأقل، حيث يستعد ميامي للانتقال إلى ملعبه الجديد بالقرب من مطار المدينة.
