تمسك النادي الأهلي المصري بخدمات حارس مرماه مصطفى شوبير، بعد عرض نادي النجمة السعودي ضمه خلال فترة الانتقالات الشتوية الحالية.
وأوضح الإعلامي أحمد شوبير، عبر برنامجه الإذاعي «مع شوبير»، أن إدارة النادي الأهلي أغلقت بشكل نهائي ملف رحيل نجله مصطفى شوبير، بعد تلقي عرض من نادي النجمة السعودي للتعاقد معه.
وأضاف شوبير أن عرض نادي النجمة يُعد الثاني للحارس المصري من أندية الدوري السعودي، بعد عرض سابق من نادي الخلود خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية الماضية، إلا أن الأهلي فضّل استمرار اللاعب ضمن صفوفه.
وكانت تقارير صحفية قد أشارت في وقت سابق إلى اهتمام نادي جيرونا الإسباني بضم مصطفى شوبير خلال فترة الانتقالات الشتوية الحالية، إلا أن هذا الاهتمام لم يتطور إلى أي تحرك رسمي حتى الآن.
ويُعد مصطفى شوبير الحارس الثاني في صفوف النادي الأهلي ومنتخب مصر، خلف الحارس الأساسي محمد الشناوي، ويتواجد حالياً مع منتخب بلاده المشارك في بطولة كأس الأمم الأفريقية 2025.
The Egyptian Al Ahly Club has retained the services of its goalkeeper Mustafa Shobeir, following an offer from the Saudi Al-Najma Club to sign him during the current winter transfer window.
Media personality Ahmed Shobeir clarified, through his radio program "With Shobeir," that the Al Ahly management has definitively closed the file on the departure of his son Mustafa Shobeir after receiving an offer from the Saudi Al-Najma Club to contract with him.
Shobeir added that the offer from Al-Najma Club is the second for the Egyptian goalkeeper from Saudi league clubs, following a previous offer from Al-Khulood during the last summer transfer window, but Al Ahly preferred to keep the player in its ranks.
Earlier reports had indicated that the Spanish Girona Club was interested in signing Mustafa Shobeir during the current winter transfer window, but this interest has not developed into any official move so far.
Mustafa Shobeir is the second goalkeeper in the ranks of Al Ahly Club and the Egyptian national team, behind the first-choice goalkeeper Mohamed El Shenawy, and he is currently with his national team participating in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
