جاء هدف المباراة الوحيد في الدقيقة 27، بعد تسديدة قوية من محمود حسن «تريزيجيه» داخل منطقة الجزاء، استقرت في الزاوية اليسرى لمرمى الحارس محمد بسام.

بهذا الانتصار، كسر الأهلي سلسلة نتائجه السيئة بعد 3 مباريات دون فوز، ليتقدم 6 مراكز دفعة واحدة، ويستقر في المركز العاشر بجدول الترتيب.

The only goal of the match came in the 27th minute, following a powerful shot from Mahmoud Hassan "Trezeguet" inside the penalty area, which settled in the left corner of goalkeeper Mohamed Bassam's net.
