اكتفى الزمالك بتعادل محبط مع ضيفه المقاولون العرب دون أهداف، أمس (السبت)، في المباراة التي جمعتهما على استاد القاهرة الدولي، ضمن منافسات الجولة الثانية من مسابقة الدوري المصري الممتاز.
«الفارس الأبيض» كان الطرف الأفضل خلال المباراة، لكنه افتقد الفاعلية أمام المقاولون، إذ سيطر على الكرة بنسبة 70%، وسدد 11 تسديدة منها كرة يتيمة على مرمى المنافس.
في المقابل، قدم المقاولون مستوى دفاعياً مميزاً ونجح في إغلاق مفاتيح الزمالك الهجومية، لكنه فشل في استغلال تحولاته الهجومية، إذ سدد 5 تصويبات منها كرة واحدة أيضاً بين القائمين والعارضة.
وكان الزمالك قد استهل مشواره في الدوري المصري بفوز على سيراميكا كليوباترا بهدفين دون رد، بينما خسر المقاولون أمام زد 0/ 2.
Zamalek settled for a disappointing draw with their guests, Al-Mokawloon Al-Arab, with no goals scored, yesterday (Saturday), in the match that took place at Cairo International Stadium, as part of the second round of the Egyptian Premier League.
The "White Knight" was the better side during the match, but lacked effectiveness in front of Al-Mokawloon, as they controlled the ball 70% of the time and made 11 attempts, with only one shot on target.
On the other hand, Al-Mokawloon presented a remarkable defensive performance and succeeded in shutting down Zamalek's attacking keys, but they failed to capitalize on their offensive transitions, as they made 5 attempts, with only one shot also between the posts and the crossbar.
Zamalek had started their journey in the Egyptian league with a victory over Ceramica Cleopatra, winning 2-0, while Al-Mokawloon lost to ZED 0-2.
