تشهد العلاقة بين المدير الفني لمنتخب مصر لكرة القدم حسام حسن وزوجته دانا آدم أزمة متصاعدة تحولت من خلافات عائلية إلى نزاعات قانونية معقدة، تتعلق بملكية فيلا في منطقة كينج مريوط بالإسكندرية، إلى جانب اتهامات متبادلة وتدوينات أثارت جدلاً واسعاً على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
نشأت الأزمة عندما تقدم شخص ببلاغ ضد دانا آدم يتهمها بالاستيلاء على فيلا في كينج مريوط، مدعياً أنه استأجرها بعقد رسمي من حسام حسن في مارس 2025.
ووفقاً لتقارير، الفيلا مملوكة بشكل مشترك، حيث تمتلك «دانا» وأبناؤها 75% من العقار، بينما يملك حسام 25%.
ورفضت «دانا» مغادرة الفيلا، مؤكدة حقها القانوني في البقاء، ما دفع المستأجر إلى تحرير محضر ضدها (رقم 2761 إداري عامرية ثانٍ).
في المقابل، اتهمت «دانا» حسام حسن بمحاولة طردها من الفيلا بمساعدة أشخاص وصفتهم بـ«البلطجية»، مدعية أنهم اقتحموا المكان ليلاً.
وسبق أن تقدمت «دانا» ببلاغ مماثل خلال عيد الأضحى 2024، لكن الطرفين توصلا إلى تصالح مؤقت، قبل أن تتجدد الخلافات في يونيو 2025.
في 21 يونيو 2025، تفاجأت «دانا» أثناء التحقيق في قضية الفيلا بوجود حكم غيابي صادر ضدها بالحبس لمدة شهر مع كفالة 500 جنيه، في قضية تحمل رقم 8760 لسنة 2023 جنح عامرية ثانٍ، بتهمة التعدي بالضرب على حسام حسن، مصحوب بتقرير طبي، وهو ما أثار استياء عائلتها، التي اعتبرته محاولة للضغط عليها، خاصة بعد إعلان التصالح بين الزوجين سابقاً.
في 22 يونيو 2025، تقدمت «دانا» بمعارضة على الحكم الغيابي في محكمة الدخيلة بالإسكندرية، وقررت النيابة إخلاء سبيلها بعد دفع كفالة 500 جنيه، مع تحديد جلسة في 15 يوليو 2025 للنظر في المعارضة.
على صعيد آخر، نفى حسام حسن، عبر محاميه أكرم صالح، تورطه المباشر في النزاع الأخير، مؤكداً أن الفيلا مؤجرة بعقد رسمي، وأن الخلاف يدور بين «دانا» والمستأجر.
وأوضح المحامي في تصريحات صحفية أن حسام حسن لم يتقدم ببلاغات ضد زوجته في القضية الأخيرة، وأن وجوده في القاهرة أثناء الحادثة يؤكد عدم علاقته المباشرة.
وفي فيديو سابق عام 2024، أكدت «دانا» أنها تزوجت حسام حسن عام 2015، وأن انفصالهما عام 2022 لم يدم سوى 10 أيام، ومع ذلك أشارت مصادر متضاربة إلى انفصال جديد، لكن حتى يونيو 2025 لم يصدر تأكيد رسمي بطلاقهما، وتظل دانا زوجته قانونياً.
The relationship between Egypt's national football team coach Hossam Hassan and his wife Dana Adam is witnessing an escalating crisis that has transformed from family disputes into complex legal battles concerning the ownership of a villa in the King Mariout area of Alexandria, alongside mutual accusations and posts that have sparked widespread controversy on social media.
The crisis began when someone filed a complaint against Dana Adam, accusing her of unlawfully taking possession of a villa in King Mariout, claiming that he had rented it under an official contract from Hossam Hassan in March 2025.
According to reports, the villa is jointly owned, with "Dana" and her children owning 75% of the property, while Hossam owns 25%.
“Dana” refused to leave the villa, asserting her legal right to stay, which prompted the tenant to file a report against her (No. 2761 Administrative Al-Amiriya Second).
In response, “Dana” accused Hossam Hassan of attempting to evict her from the villa with the help of individuals she described as “thugs,” claiming they broke into the place at night.
Previously, “Dana” had filed a similar complaint during Eid al-Adha 2024, but both parties reached a temporary reconciliation before disputes resurfaced in June 2025.
On June 21, 2025, “Dana” was surprised during the investigation into the villa case by the existence of a default judgment against her sentencing her to one month in prison with a bail of 500 Egyptian pounds, in a case numbered 8760 for the year 2023, misdemeanor Al-Amiriya Second, on charges of assaulting Hossam Hassan, accompanied by a medical report, which caused distress to her family, who viewed it as an attempt to pressure her, especially after the announcement of reconciliation between the couple previously.
On June 22, 2025, “Dana” filed an opposition to the default judgment in the Dakhila Court in Alexandria, and the prosecution decided to release her after paying the bail of 500 Egyptian pounds, setting a session for July 15, 2025, to consider the opposition.
On another note, Hossam Hassan, through his lawyer Akram Saleh, denied any direct involvement in the recent dispute, confirming that the villa is rented under an official contract, and that the disagreement is between “Dana” and the tenant.
The lawyer clarified in press statements that Hossam Hassan did not file complaints against his wife in the recent case, and his presence in Cairo during the incident confirms his lack of direct involvement.
In a previous video in 2024, “Dana” confirmed that she married Hossam Hassan in 2015, and that their separation in 2022 lasted only 10 days. However, conflicting sources have indicated a new separation, but as of June 2025, no official confirmation of their divorce has been issued, and Dana remains his legal wife.
