في تطور جديد بقضية حسم لقب الدوري المصري الممتاز لموسم 2024 - 2025، أصدرت المحكمة الرياضية الدولية (CAS) قراراً برفض الطلب المستعجل المقدم من نادي بيراميدز، والذي كان يهدف إلى تعليق إعلان النادي الأهلي بطلاً للدوري لحين البت النهائي في قضية خصم ثلاث نقاط من رصيد الأهلي.
جاء هذا القرار ليُعزز من فرص الأهلي في الاحتفاظ باللقب، مع استمرار الجدل حول مصير النقاط المتنازع عليها.
وكانت لجنة الاستئناف بالاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم، أصدرت في 15 مايو الجاري، قرارها النهائي برفض تظلمات أندية الأهلي وبيراميدز والزمالك بشأن أزمة مباراة القمة 130 بين الأهلي والزمالك، التي كان من المقرر إقامتها في 11 مارس 2025 ضمن الجولة الأولى للمرحلة الثانية من دوري القسم الأول المحترف «دوري نايل» لموسم 2024 - 2025.
وأكدت اللجنة قرار رابطة الأندية الصادر في 30 مارس 2025، والذي اعتبر الزمالك فائزاً بنتيجة 3 - 0 مع تحميل الأهلي الغرامات المالية دون خصم نقاط إضافية.
ونشبت أزمة مباراة القمة 130 بعد انسحاب النادي الأهلي من المباراة احتجاجاً على عدم استقدام حكام أجانب، وهو طلب كان قد تقدم به النادي مسبقاً عبر خطاب رسمي لرابطة الأندية في 9 مارس 2025. وأرجع الأهلي انسحابه إلى ضيق الوقت بين إعلان جدول المرحلة النهائية وإقامة المباراة (5 أيام فقط)، مما لم يسمح بتلبية طلبه باستقدام حكام أجانب، معتبراً ذلك خرقاً لمبدأ العدالة التحكيمية.
في المقابل، رأت رابطة الأندية أن الأهلي لم يتبع الإجراءات الرسمية للاعتراض على القرعة أو مواعيد المباريات، ما دفعها لإصدار قرارها الأول في 15 مارس 2025 باعتبار الزمالك فائزاً بنتيجة 3 - 0، مع خصم 3 نقاط من رصيد الأهلي وتحميله الخسائر المالية الناتجة عن الانسحاب.
لكن في 30 مارس 2025، عدلت الرابطة قرارها بناءً على شكوى الأهلي، وقررت إلغاء عقوبة خصم النقاط مع الإبقاء على نتيجة المباراة والغرامات المالية، مستندة إلى ظروف استثنائية وضيق الوقت بين المراحل، إضافة إلى التوقف الدولي ومباريات كأس مصر، ما أثر على جدول الدوري.
وتقدم النادي الأهلي بتظلم في 24 مارس 2025، طالب فيه بإلغاء قرار الرابطة وإعادة المباراة بتحكيم أجنبي، ثم عدل طلبه في 10 أبريل 2025 للتركيز على إلغاء قرار 30 مارس 2025.
فيما تقدم بيراميدز بتظلم في 2 أبريل، احتجاجاً على إلغاء عقوبة خصم النقاط من الأهلي، معتبراً أن ذلك يؤثر على المنافسة العادلة، خصوصاً أنه كان سيواجه الأهلي في 12 أبريل 2025، وهي مباراة مصيرية في طريق المنافسة على لقب الدوري.
كما تقدم الزمالك بتظلم في 3 أبريل، طالب فيه بإلغاء تعديل الرابطة لقرارها الأول والعودة إلى خصم النقاط من الأهلي.
وبعد دراسة التظلمات وضمها في جلسة 10 أبريل، واستدعاء مدير إدارة المسابقات بالرابطة للإيضاح، قررت اللجنة في جلستها المنعقدة اليوم 15 مايو قبول التظلمات شكلاً، لكنها رفضتها في الموضوع، مؤكدة أن قرار الرابطة الصادر في 30 مارس نهائي وغير قابل للطعن وفقاً للمادتين 62 و63 من لائحة المسابقات المعدلة لموسم 2024 - 2025، والتي تمنح مجلس إدارة الرابطة صلاحية اتخاذ قرارات نهائية في الظروف الاستثنائية.
وأوضحت اللجنة أن الأهلي لم يتبع الإجراءات الرسمية للاعتراض، كما أن استقدام الحكام الأجانب يخضع للجنة الحكام باتحاد الكرة وليس للرابطة.
وأوصت اللجنة بإلغاء المادتين 62 و63 من لائحة الرابطة لمخالفتها لوائح الاتحاد المصري والدولي، وتعديل لوائح الانسحاب بخصم 6 نقاط فوراً، مع مراعاة إجراء القرعة علانية بحضور الأندية، ودعت إلى تعزيز الثقة في التحكيم المصري ونبذ الخلافات بين الأندية لدعم المنتخبات الوطنية.
وأثارت الأزمة جدلاً واسعاً بين الجماهير، حيث اتهم البعض الرابطة بمحاباة الأهلي بإلغاء عقوبة خصم النقاط، بينما رأى آخرون أن قرار الرابطة جاء منصفاً نظراً للظروف الاستثنائية.

The Appeals Committee of the Egyptian Football Association issued its final decision on May 15, rejecting the appeals of Al Ahly, Pyramids, and Zamalek regarding the crisis of the 130th Cairo Derby match between Al Ahly and Zamalek, which was scheduled to take place on March 11, 2025, as part of the first round of the second phase of the Professional First Division League "Nile League" for the 2024 - 2025 season.
The committee confirmed the decision of the clubs' association issued on March 30, 2025, which considered Zamalek the winner with a score of 3 - 0, while imposing financial penalties on Al Ahly without deducting additional points.
The crisis of the 130th Cairo Derby arose after Al Ahly withdrew from the match in protest against the lack of foreign referees, a request that the club had previously submitted through an official letter to the clubs' association on March 9, 2025. Al Ahly attributed its withdrawal to the short time between the announcement of the final stage schedule and the match (only 5 days), which did not allow for the fulfillment of its request for foreign referees, considering this a violation of the principle of fair officiating.
On the other hand, the clubs' association believed that Al Ahly did not follow the official procedures to contest the draw or the match schedules, prompting it to issue its initial decision on March 15, 2025, considering Zamalek the winner with a score of 3 - 0, while deducting 3 points from Al Ahly's balance and holding it responsible for the financial losses resulting from the withdrawal.
However, on March 30, 2025, the association amended its decision based on Al Ahly's complaint, deciding to cancel the point deduction penalty while maintaining the match result and financial penalties, relying on exceptional circumstances and the short time between stages, in addition to the international break and Egypt Cup matches, which affected the league schedule.
Al Ahly submitted a complaint on March 24, 2025, requesting the cancellation of the association's decision and the replay of the match with foreign officiating, then amended its request on April 10, 2025, to focus on canceling the decision of March 30, 2025.
Pyramids submitted a complaint on April 2, protesting the cancellation of the point deduction penalty from Al Ahly, considering that it affects fair competition, especially since it was set to face Al Ahly on April 12, 2025, a crucial match in the race for the league title.
Zamalek also submitted a complaint on April 3, requesting the cancellation of the association's amendment to its initial decision and the reinstatement of the point deduction from Al Ahly.
After reviewing the complaints and consolidating them in a session on April 10, and calling the Director of Competitions at the association for clarification, the committee decided in its session held today, May 15, to accept the complaints in form but reject them in substance, confirming that the association's decision issued on March 30 is final and not subject to appeal in accordance with Articles 62 and 63 of the amended competition regulations for the 2024 - 2025 season, which grant the association's board the authority to make final decisions in exceptional circumstances.
The committee clarified that Al Ahly did not follow the official procedures for objection, and that the recruitment of foreign referees is subject to the referees committee of the Football Association, not the association.
The committee recommended the cancellation of Articles 62 and 63 of the association's regulations for violating the regulations of the Egyptian and international federations, and amending the withdrawal regulations to include an immediate deduction of 6 points, while ensuring that the draw is conducted publicly in the presence of the clubs, and called for enhancing trust in Egyptian officiating and eliminating disputes among clubs to support national teams.
The crisis sparked widespread controversy among fans, with some accusing the association of favoritism towards Al Ahly by canceling the point deduction penalty, while others viewed the association's decision as fair given the exceptional circumstances.
