أكد المتحدث باسم ألوية العمالقة الجنوبية أصيل السقلدي أن استهداف مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية لمكة المكرمة والتعدي على قدسيتها بالطائرات المسيرة فجّر موجة سخط وغضب شعبية عارمة لدى الشعب اليمني، مشيراً إلى أن هذه الحماقة دفعت أعداداً غفيرة من المواطنين إلى الاستعداد والتطوع للانخراط في قتال المليشيا وزجرها والخلاص منها، لتتشكل انتفاضة شعبية واسعة تتكامل مع الضربات العسكرية لقطع يد إيران في اليمن ووقف عبثها بممر «باب المندب» المائي.
كسر الأنساق وتطهير المواقع
وأوضح السقلدي في تصريح لـ «عكاظ»، أن القوات المسلحة كسرت تحشيدات كبيرة دفعت بها المليشيا خلال الفترة الماضية باتجاه جبهة «كهبوب» ومناطق «المضاربة» بمحافظة لحج للسيطرة على خطوط المواجهة وفرض واقع جديد، مشدداً على أن المواجهات التي استمرت على مدى أسبوعين أسفرت عن تدمير الأنساق الهجومية للمليشيا وإفشال جميع محاولاتها للتقدم، دون أن تتمكن من تحقيق أي كسب ميداني يُذكر رغم تكرار هجماتها.

وأضاف المتحدث باسم العمالقة أن القوات نفذت عمليات عكسية ناجحة تمكنت خلالها من تطهير عدد من المواقع التي كانت المليشيا قد تمركزت فيها قبل تعزيز القوات للجبهة، وإعادة فرض السيطرة الكاملة عليها، مما يؤكد القدرة العالية للعمالقة على التعامل الاحترافي مع التطورات الميدانية وكسر كافة هجمات العناصر الحوثية وتكبيدها خسائر فادحة.
مغامرة حوثية لحساب طهران
وحذر السقلدي المليشيا المدعومة من إيران من مغبة استمرار تصعيدها، مؤكداً أن القوات مستمرة في جاهزيتها وعلى أتم الاستعداد لتنفيذ مهام قتالية تجعل المليشيا الإرهابية تدفع ثمن تصعيدها وغطرستها باهظاً.
ولفت إلى أن المليشيا تُصوّر لأنصارها أنها بأحسن حال بينما الواقع يثبت عكس ذلك تماماً، موضحاً أن الحوثي وضع نفسه في مأزق ومصير حتمي بتصعيده الأخير وشنه هذه الحرب الغاشمة التي ضحى فيها باليمنيين وسفك دماءهم ودمر مقدراتهم والبنية التحتية، فقط من أجل إهداء «باب المندب» لطهران لتعبث بأمن الملاحة الدولية وتبتز العالم.
وعي دولي وسخط شعبي
وشدد متحدث العمالقة على أن المكر الحوثي ورسائل الطمأنة الكاذبة لن تنخدع بها القوى الدولية التي تدرك تماماً مكر وخداع الجماعة ولن تترك مليشيا ظلامية إرهابية تعبث بأمن الممر المائي الهام، مبيناً أن «العالم تقوده عقول وحكومات، وليس عقول أطفال كالذين يُغرر بهم الحوثي في صفوفه لتنطلي عليهم شعاراته وأكاذيبه».
واختتم السقلدي تصريحه بالقول: «إن أمن اليمن والملاحة الدولية والمقدسات خط أحمر، والحوثي يدرك اليوم قبل غد أن مغامرته المفتوحة لحساب إيران انتهت إلى مأزق تاريخي، وأن القوات العسكرية والشعب اليمني ماضون حتماً في قطع أطماع طهران وتطهير البلاد من أدواتها الإرهابية».
The spokesperson for the Southern Giants Brigades, Aseel Al-Saqalidi, confirmed that the targeting of the holy city of Mecca by the terrorist Houthi militia and the violation of its sanctity with drones has sparked a wave of widespread anger and outrage among the Yemeni people. He pointed out that this folly has driven a large number of citizens to prepare and volunteer to engage in fighting the militia, deterring it, and freeing themselves from it, leading to a broad popular uprising that complements the military strikes aimed at cutting Iran's hand in Yemen and stopping its meddling in the waterway of Bab al-Mandab.
Breaking the formations and cleansing the sites
Al-Saqalidi explained in a statement to "Okaz" that the armed forces have broken significant reinforcements that the militia had pushed towards the "Kahbob" front and the "Al-Mudharabah" areas in Lahij Governorate to control the confrontation lines and impose a new reality. He emphasized that the clashes, which lasted for two weeks, resulted in the destruction of the militia's offensive formations and the failure of all its attempts to advance, without being able to achieve any notable field gains despite the repetition of its attacks.

He added that the spokesperson for the Giants stated that the forces carried out successful counter-operations during which they managed to cleanse several sites where the militia had been stationed before the reinforcement of troops to the front, re-establishing full control over them, which confirms the high capability of the Giants to professionally handle the field developments and break all Houthi attacks, inflicting heavy losses on them.
A Houthi adventure on behalf of Tehran
Al-Saqalidi warned the Iranian-backed militia of the consequences of continuing its escalation, confirming that the forces remain ready and fully prepared to carry out combat missions that will make the terrorist militia pay a heavy price for its escalation and arrogance.
He pointed out that the militia portrays to its supporters that it is in the best condition, while reality proves the exact opposite, explaining that the Houthis have put themselves in a predicament and an inevitable fate with their recent escalation and the initiation of this brutal war in which they sacrificed Yemenis, shed their blood, and destroyed their resources and infrastructure, solely to gift Bab al-Mandab to Tehran to meddle with international navigation security and extort the world.
International awareness and popular outrage
The spokesperson for the Giants emphasized that the Houthi cunning and false reassurance messages will not deceive the international powers that are fully aware of the group's deceit and will not allow a dark terrorist militia to tamper with the security of this vital waterway, indicating that "the world is led by minds and governments, not the minds of children like those whom the Houthis mislead in their ranks to be fooled by their slogans and lies."
Al-Saqalidi concluded his statement by saying: "The security of Yemen, international navigation, and sacred sites is a red line, and the Houthis realize today, before tomorrow, that their open adventure on behalf of Iran has ended in a historical impasse, and that the military forces and the Yemeni people are inevitably moving to cut Tehran's ambitions and cleanse the country of its terrorist tools."
