أكد مدير الإعلام العسكري للمقاومة الوطنية عبدالناصر المملوح، أن القوات المسلحة اليمنية بالساحل الغربي تخوض معركة حاسمة لليوم السابع على التوالي ضد مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية، مؤكداً دحر كافة الأنساق الهجومية التي دفعت بها المليشيا، وإفشال الأطماع الإيرانية التي تستهدف الملاحة الدولية عبر مضيق باب المندب.
وأوضح المملوح في تصريح خاص إلى «عكاظ»، أن المعارك مستمرة وعلى أشدها في مختلف جبهات الساحل الغربي بمحاورها الثلاثة (محور البرح، محور سقم، ومحور الحديدة) إلى جانب قطاعات من محور تعز، مشيراً إلى أن هذه المواجهات تعد معركة «كسر عظم» خطط لها «الحرس الثوري الإيراني» منذ فترة، بغية فرضه السيطرة على مضيق باب المندب الحيوي واستخدامه ورقة ضغط سياسية وعسكرية لخلط الأوراق وتخفيف الخناق المفروض عليه جراء الحصار الأمريكي.
وكشف مدير الإعلام العسكري أن مليشيا الحوثي المدعومة من طهران دفعت خلال الساعات الماضية بكل ثقلها العسكري وشنت هجمات بأنساق متعددة على محور البرح بقطاعيه (الكدحة والبرح)، موضحاً أن هذا التصعيد الميداني جاء بالتزامن مع تصريحات مصدر إيراني مسؤول ادعى فيها أن بلاده ستفاجئ العالم بحدث مزلزل بعيداً عن مضيق هرمز، وهو ما ينسجم مع المحاولات الفاشلة لاستهداف باب المندب.
وشدد المملوح على أن القوات المسلحة اليمنية بالساحل الغربي تمكنت من دك التجمعات المهاجمة وتكبيد المليشيا خسائر فادحة في الأرواح والمعدات، مؤكداً أن أحلام النظام الإيراني وأدواته (الحوثيين) ستتحطم تماماً أمام يقظة وصمود القوات المسلحة.
The Director of Military Media for the National Resistance, Abdul Nasser Al-Mamlouh, confirmed that the Yemeni armed forces on the western coast are engaged in a decisive battle for the seventh consecutive day against the terrorist Houthi militia, affirming the defeat of all the attacking formations pushed by the militia and thwarting Iranian ambitions that target international navigation through the Bab al-Mandab Strait.
Al-Mamlouh explained in a special statement to "Okaz" that the battles are ongoing and intense across various fronts of the western coast in its three axes (the Al-Barah axis, the Saqam axis, and the Al-Hudaydah axis), alongside sectors from the Taiz axis, noting that these confrontations represent a "bone-breaking" battle planned by the "Iranian Revolutionary Guard" for some time, aimed at imposing control over the vital Bab al-Mandab Strait and using it as a political and military pressure tool to mix the cards and ease the pressure imposed on it due to the American blockade.
The Director of Military Media revealed that the Houthi militia, backed by Tehran, has deployed all its military might in recent hours and launched attacks with multiple formations on the Al-Barah axis in its two sectors (Al-Kadhah and Al-Barah), explaining that this field escalation coincided with statements from an Iranian official source claiming that his country would surprise the world with a seismic event far from the Strait of Hormuz, which aligns with the failed attempts to target Bab al-Mandab.
Al-Mamlouh emphasized that the Yemeni armed forces on the western coast have managed to crush the attacking gatherings and inflict heavy losses on the militia in terms of lives and equipment, asserting that the dreams of the Iranian regime and its tools (the Houthis) will be completely shattered in the face of the vigilance and steadfastness of the armed forces.
