هبطت مروحية من طراز «بلاك هوك» تابعة للجيش الأمريكي بشكل غير مخطط له، مساء (الثلاثاء)، في منطقة حرجية ضمن سفوح جبال كولورادو غربي مدينة دنفر، فيما أكدت السلطات أن الأشخاص الأربعة الذين كانوا على متنها لم يصابوا بأذى.
وقالت إدارة شرطة مقاطعة جيلبين إن المروحية هبطت في منطقة تقع شمال متنزه «جولدن جيت كانيون» الحكومي، موضحة أن أربعة أشخاص كانوا على متنها وقت وقوع الحادثة، دون ورود تقارير عن إصابات.
وأكد مسؤولان في الجيش الأمريكي لشبكة «CBS News» أن المعلومات الأولية تشير إلى عدم وقوع إصابات بين أفراد الطاقم.
«حادثة طيران» خلال مهمة تدريبية
ووصف متحدث باسم الجيش الأمريكي الواقعة بأنها «حادثة طيران» وقعت أثناء تنفيذ عملية تدريب روتينية.
وتتبع المروحية الفوج 160 للطيران بالعمليات الخاصة، المعروف باسم «نايت ستوكرز»، المتمركز في قاعدة فورت كامبل بولاية كنتاكي.
ولم تكشف السلطات حتى الآن طبيعة العطل أو الظروف التي دفعت طاقم المروحية إلى الهبوط في المنطقة الحرجية، كما لم يتضح ما إذا كانت المروحية تعرضت لأضرار مادية.
تحقيق عسكري في الواقعة
وأعلن الجيش الأمريكي فتح تحقيق في الحادثة للوقوف على ملابساتها وتحديد أسبابها.
وقال الجيش، في بيان صدر الثلاثاء، إن الفوج 160 للطيران بالعمليات الخاصة «على علم بحادثة طيران وقعت في 25 أغسطس 2026 خلال عمليات تدريب روتينية بالقرب من دنفر، كولورادو».
وأضاف البيان أن قيادة الفوج تتعامل بجدية مع جميع حوادث التدريب، وتضع سلامة أفرادها على رأس أولوياتها.
وأوضح الجيش أن الواقعة تخضع حاليًا لتحقيق يتعلق بالسلامة؛ ولذلك لن يقدم في الوقت الراهن معلومات أو تعليقات إضافية بشأن الحادثة، محيلًا الاستفسارات إلى مكتب الشؤون العامة التابع لقيادة طيران العمليات الخاصة في الجيش الأمريكي.

A U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter made an unplanned landing on Tuesday evening in a wooded area on the slopes of the Colorado mountains west of Denver, with authorities confirming that the four people on board were unharmed.
The Gilpin County Sheriff's Office stated that the helicopter landed in an area north of the Golden Gate Canyon State Park, noting that four individuals were on board at the time of the incident, with no reports of injuries.
Two U.S. Army officials confirmed to CBS News that initial information indicates there were no injuries among the crew members.
"Aviation Incident" During Training Mission
A spokesperson for the U.S. Army described the incident as an "aviation incident" that occurred during a routine training operation.
The helicopter belongs to the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, known as the "Night Stalkers," based at Fort Campbell in Kentucky.
Authorities have not yet disclosed the nature of the malfunction or the circumstances that led the helicopter crew to land in the wooded area, nor has it been clarified whether the helicopter sustained any physical damage.
Military Investigation into the Incident
The U.S. Army announced the opening of an investigation into the incident to determine the circumstances and causes.
The Army stated in a release on Tuesday that the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment "is aware of an aviation incident that occurred on August 25, 2026, during routine training operations near Denver, Colorado."
The statement added that the regiment's leadership takes all training incidents seriously and prioritizes the safety of its personnel.
The Army clarified that the incident is currently under a safety investigation; therefore, it will not provide any additional information or comments regarding the incident at this time, directing inquiries to the public affairs office of the U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation Command.
This incident is part of the routine training operations of U.S. forces, and the results of the investigation are expected to reveal the reasons that led to the helicopter's unplanned landing in the mountainous area.
