قلل الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين، اليوم (الأربعاء)، من خطورة الهجمات التي تستهدف المنشآت الصناعية والبنية التحتية في روسيا، مؤكداً أنها تلحق أضراراً بالبلاد، لكنها لم ولن تؤدي إلى عواقب وخيمة.
وأوضح الرئيس الروسي خلال اجتماع لمجلس التنمية الإستراتيجية والمشاريع الوطنية في الكرملين أن عمل البنية التحتية التجارية مستمر بكفاءة واستقرار، مشدداً بالقول: الاقتصاد الروسي يتأثر بعدد من العوامل، من بينها الضغوط الخارجية والهجمات على المنشآت الصناعية والبنية التحتية.
وأضاف «لا توجد عواقب وخيمة لمثل هذه الهجمات، ولم تكن هناك ولن تكون»، مشيراً إلى أن البنية التحتية التجارية الروسية تواصل العمل بكفاءة ومرونة عاليتين رغم الهجمات الأخيرة.
ولفت إلى أن العاملين في القطاع يعملون تحت ضغوط شديدة، لكنهم يواصلون أداء مهامهم بنجاح، واصفاً زخم الاقتصاد الروسي بـ«المتواضع عموماً، لكنه إيجابي».
وشدد بوتين على ضرورة تعزيز سيادة روسيا ورفع كفاءتها في مجالي الدفاع والأمن، إلى جانب تطوير القطاعين الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، مبيناً أن بلاده بدأت بالفعل تنفيذ خطة للتغييرات الهيكلية في الاقتصاد تمتد حتى عام 2030، وتشمل تطوير سوق العمل من خلال استحداث وظائف حديثة ومنتجة، وزيادة الإنتاج في الصناعات ذات القيمة المضافة المرتفعة.
Russian President Vladimir Putin downplayed the severity of attacks targeting industrial facilities and infrastructure in Russia today (Wednesday), affirming that they cause damage to the country, but have not and will not lead to dire consequences.
During a meeting of the Strategic Development and National Projects Council at the Kremlin, the Russian president explained that the operation of commercial infrastructure continues efficiently and stably, emphasizing that the Russian economy is affected by a number of factors, including external pressures and attacks on industrial facilities and infrastructure.
He added, "There are no dire consequences from such attacks, and there have not been and will not be," pointing out that Russian commercial infrastructure continues to operate with high efficiency and resilience despite recent attacks.
He noted that workers in the sector are operating under severe pressures, but they continue to perform their tasks successfully, describing the momentum of the Russian economy as "generally modest, but positive."
Putin emphasized the necessity of strengthening Russia's sovereignty and enhancing its efficiency in the fields of defense and security, alongside developing the social and economic sectors, indicating that his country has already begun implementing a plan for structural changes in the economy extending until 2030, which includes developing the labor market by creating modern and productive jobs, and increasing production in high value-added industries.
