توعد مسؤول في وزارة الدفاع اليمنية اليوم (السبت)، بالرد على اعتداءات الحوثي التي طالت المدنيين في مختلف المحافظات اليمنية.
ونقل موقع «سبتمبر نت» التابع للجيش اليمني عن مصدر عسكري مسؤول بالوزارة أن وحدات القوات المسلحة في الجبهة الشرقية، وبالتنسيق مع كافة الوحدات والتشكيلات العسكرية في جميع الجبهات، نفذت خلال الساعات الماضية عمليات دقيقة ردّاً على اعتداءات مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية التي استهدفت مخيمات النازحين والأحياء السكنية والأعيان المدنية ومواقع الجيش في مختلف المحافظات.
وأوضح المصدر أن القوات المسلحة وجّهت ضربات دقيقة بالمدفعية والطيران المسيّر على مواقع عسكرية ومصادر نيران تابعة للمليشيا الإرهابية على مختلف خطوط التماس وعلى امتداد جبهات القتال، مبيناً أن الوحدات العسكرية تعاملت بحزم مع أهداف معادية، ونفذت عمليات مركزة استهدفت مواقع وتحركات ومنصات تابعة للمليشيا.
وأشار إلى أن الضربات أصابت أهدافها وأسفرت عن سقوط قتلى وجرحى في صفوف عناصر الإرهاب الحوثية، مبيناً أن وحدات الدفاع الجوي تتعامل بكفاءة واقتدار مع مختلف الطائرات المسيّرة المعادية التي تطلقها مليشيا الإرهاب الحوثية مستهدفةً مخيمات النازحين والمدن والأحياء السكنية والمنشآت الحيوية.
ولفت إلى أن دماء المدنيين وأمن النازحين وحرمة المساكن ومواقع الجيش ليست أهدافاً مستباحة، وأن القوات المسلحة، انطلاقاً من مسؤوليتها الدستورية والوطنية في حماية الشعب والدفاع عن الأرض، ستظل تقوم بواجباتها في حفظ أمن المواطنين وسيادة الجمهورية. وأفاد المسؤول بأن القوات المسلحة بكل مكوناتها في أعلى درجات الجاهزية، وتمتلك من القدرات والإمكانات ما يمكّنها من تنفيذ واجباتها بكفاءة واقتدار والتصدي بحزم لكل من يهدد أمن الوطن واستقراره. وكان الموقع ذاته قد ذكر أن طائرتين مسيّرتين مفخختين أطلقتهما مليشيا الحوثي الإرهابية باتجاه الأحياء السكنية ومخيمات النازحين في مدينة مأرب، مبيناً أن وحدات الدفاع الجوي في القوات المسلحة تعاملت مع الطائرتين المعاديتين، دون تسجيل أي أضرار أو إصابات. ولفت إلى أن قوات الجيش في جاهزية عالية لرصد هذه التهديدات والتعامل معها، واتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لحماية المواطنين وممتلكاتهم.
من جهة أخرى، أكدت القوات العسكرية المرابطة في محافظة الضالع أنها دكت تجمعات وثكنات وآليات عسكرية تابعة لمليشيا الحوثي في جبهات باب غلق والفاخر ومريس، شمال محافظة الضالع وكبدتها خسائر فادحة في الأرواح والعتاد.
A responsible official in the Yemeni Ministry of Defense vowed today (Saturday) to respond to the Houthi attacks that targeted civilians in various Yemeni governorates.
The website "September Net," affiliated with the Yemeni army, reported that a military source in the ministry stated that units of the armed forces on the eastern front, in coordination with all military units and formations across all fronts, carried out precise operations in response to the attacks by the Houthi terrorist militia that targeted displaced persons' camps, residential neighborhoods, civilian sites, and army positions in various governorates.
The source clarified that the armed forces directed precise artillery and drone strikes on military sites and sources of fire belonging to the terrorist militia along various contact lines and throughout the combat fronts, indicating that the military units dealt firmly with hostile targets and executed focused operations targeting sites, movements, and platforms belonging to the militia.
He pointed out that the strikes hit their targets and resulted in casualties among the Houthi terrorist elements, noting that the air defense units are efficiently and effectively dealing with various hostile drones launched by the Houthi terrorist militia targeting displaced persons' camps, cities, residential neighborhoods, and vital installations.
He emphasized that the blood of civilians, the safety of the displaced, and the sanctity of homes and army sites are not legitimate targets, and that the armed forces, based on their constitutional and national responsibility to protect the people and defend the land, will continue to fulfill their duties in maintaining the security of citizens and the sovereignty of the republic. The official stated that the armed forces, with all their components, are at the highest levels of readiness and possess the capabilities and resources necessary to carry out their duties efficiently and effectively and to firmly confront anyone who threatens the security and stability of the homeland. The same website had mentioned that two explosive-laden drones launched by the Houthi terrorist militia targeted residential neighborhoods and displaced persons' camps in the city of Marib, indicating that the air defense units in the armed forces dealt with the two hostile drones without recording any damage or injuries. He noted that the army forces are highly prepared to monitor these threats and deal with them, taking the necessary measures to protect citizens and their property.
On another note, the military forces stationed in Al-Dhale'e governorate confirmed that they targeted gatherings, barracks, and military vehicles belonging to the Houthi militia in the fronts of Bab Ghalq, Al-Fakher, and Murais, north of Al-Dhale'e governorate, inflicting heavy losses in lives and equipment on them.
