قُتل ثلاثة أشخاص وأُصيب 15 آخرون بجروح متفاوتة، إثر انفجار وقع اليوم (السبت) بالقرب من شرفة صيفية لمطعم فاخر في وسط العاصمة الروسية موسكو، وفق ما أعلنته الشرطة الروسية.
انفجار في قلب موسكو
وقالت شرطة موسكو إن الانفجار وقع قرابة الثامنة مساءً بالتوقيت المحلي، بالقرب من شرفة صيفية في الطابق الأرضي لأحد المباني الشهيرة ضمن ناطحات السحاب السبع التي شُيّدت في عهد الزعيم السوفيتي جوزيف ستالين، في ساحة كودرنسكايا وسط المدينة.
وأضافت أن المصابين تعرضوا لإصابات متفاوتة، فيما هرعت فرق الإسعاف والطوارئ إلى الموقع، ونقلت الجرحى إلى المستشفيات لتلقي العلاج.
طوق أمني وتحقيقات
وفرضت السلطات الروسية طوقاً أمنياً حول موقع الانفجار، وأغلقت المنطقة أمام المواطنين، بينما بدأت فرق التحقيق وخدمات الطوارئ جمع الأدلة لكشف ملابسات الحادث وأسبابه.
وأظهرت لقطات بثتها وكالة الأنباء الروسية الرسمية «ريا نوفوستي» انتشاراً مكثفاً لعناصر الأمن في محيط الموقع، وسط إجراءات أمنية مشددة.
فرضية أولية
ورجحت وسائل إعلام روسية رسمية أن يكون الانفجار ناتجاً عن انفجار أسطوانة غاز، إلا أن السلطات لم تصدر حتى الآن بياناً رسمياً يؤكد سبب الحادث.
حفل خاص
وذكرت منصة «بازا» الإخبارية الروسية، المعروفة بعلاقاتها مع أجهزة إنفاذ القانون، أن الانفجار وقع في محيط مطعم «بالزي روسي» الإيطالي الفاخر.
وأوضح الموقع الإلكتروني للمطعم أنه كان مغلقاً أمام الزبائن، بسبب استضافة فعالية خاصة، دون الكشف عن تفاصيل إضافية.
ولا تزال التحقيقات جارية لتحديد أسباب الانفجار وملابساته، فيما لم تعلن السلطات الروسية حتى الآن وجود شبهة جنائية أو عمل متعمد وراء الحادث.
Three people were killed and 15 others were injured with varying degrees of wounds, following an explosion that occurred today (Saturday) near the summer terrace of a luxury restaurant in the center of the Russian capital, Moscow, according to the Russian police.
Explosion in the Heart of Moscow
Moscow police stated that the explosion took place around 8 PM local time, near a summer terrace on the ground floor of one of the famous buildings among the Seven Sisters skyscrapers built during the era of Soviet leader Joseph Stalin, in Kudrinskaya Square in the city center.
They added that the injured sustained varying injuries, while ambulance and emergency teams rushed to the site and transported the wounded to hospitals for treatment.
Security Cordons and Investigations
The Russian authorities imposed a security cordon around the explosion site and closed the area to the public, while investigation teams and emergency services began collecting evidence to uncover the circumstances and causes of the incident.
Footage broadcast by the official Russian news agency "RIA Novosti" showed a heavy presence of security personnel in the vicinity of the site, amid heightened security measures.
Preliminary Hypothesis
Russian media outlets speculated that the explosion might have been caused by a gas cylinder explosion; however, the authorities have not yet issued an official statement confirming the cause of the incident.
Private Event
The Russian news platform "Baza," known for its connections with law enforcement agencies, reported that the explosion occurred near the luxury Italian restaurant "Palazzo Russo."
The restaurant's website clarified that it was closed to customers due to hosting a private event, without disclosing additional details.
Investigations are still ongoing to determine the causes and circumstances of the explosion, while the Russian authorities have not yet announced any suspicion of criminal activity or intentional wrongdoing behind the incident.
