أعلن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، اليوم (الجمعة)، أن «شيئاً ما سيحدث بشأن إيران»، إلا أنه رفض الكشف عن التفاصيل. وقال في تصريحات لشبكة «فوكس نيوز»، إن الولايات المتحدة تضرب إيران «بقوة»، مؤكداً أن الحرب مع طهران «تسير بشكل جيد»، في وقت تتواصل فيه العمليات العسكرية والتصعيد المتبادل بين الجانبين.
ونقلت صحيفة «واشنطن بوست» عن مسؤول أمريكي قوله إن الرئيس ترمب مستعد لمنح المفاوضات فرصة لكنه يطلب موافقة إيران على وقف إطلاق النار.
ومن المقرر أن يتوجه أعضاء الحكومة الأمريكية إلى منتجع كامب ديفيد لعقد اجتماع إستراتيجي رفيع المستوى، في وقت تدرس فيه الإدارة الأمريكية خياراتها القادمة تجاه إيران.
ويأتي هذا الاجتماع بعد ساعات من إعلان ترمب ما وصفه بـ«اتفاق تاريخي»، قال إنه يتضمن موافقة حركة حماس على استكمال نزع سلاحها، بموجب اتفاق جرى التوصل إليه بوساطة مصر وقطر وتركيا.
وأكد ترمب أن الاتفاق سيمهد الطريق لتشكيل حكومة فلسطينية جديدة في قطاع غزة، معتبراً أنه يمثل خطوة مهمة نحو تحقيق سلام دائم في المنطقة.
وكانت مصادر إسرائيلية كشفت (الجمعة) أن الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل تدرسان فرض حصار بري على إيران بعد استنفاد واشنطن جميع الخيارات المتاحة في الإستراتيجية العسكرية الحالية لفتح مضيق هرمز، بحسب صحيفة «ديلي تلغراف» البريطانية.
ويُعد الحصار البري أحد الخيارات المطروحة لممارسة ضغط اقتصادي على إيران، لكن الخطة ستتطلب من الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل الضغط على جيران إيران لإغلاق المعابر الحدودية أو تقييد العبور، ما يُقيد التجارة مع الجمهورية الإيرانية، بحسب الصحيفة.
وتدرس إدارة الرئيس الأمريكي توسيع عملياتها العسكرية ضد إيران عبر حملة جوية مكثفة قد تمتد بين 10 أيام وأسبوعين، في وقت تتواصل فيه المفاوضات بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران.
وذكرت مصادر مطلعة أن قائد القيادة المركزية الأمريكية (سنتكوم) الأدميرال براد كوبر أعد خطة لشن حملة جوية واسعة تستهدف مراكز القيادة ومنشآت الصواريخ والطائرات المسيّرة التابعة للحرس الثوري، انطلاقاً من قناعته بأن الضربات المحدودة لم تنجح في وقف الهجمات الإيرانية أو ردع طهران عن تهديد الملاحة في مضيق هرمز واستهداف القوات الأمريكية في المنطقة، وفق ما نقلته صحيفة «وول ستريت جورنال».
لكن ترمب لم يحسم موقفه بعد، إذ يدرس خيارين متوازيين: المضي في حملة جوية تستمر من 10 إلى 14 يوماً، أو الاكتفاء برد عسكري محدود يتيح استمرار المسار الدبلوماسي.

This meeting comes hours after Trump announced what he described as a "historic agreement," which he said includes Hamas's approval to complete its disarmament, under an agreement reached with the mediation of Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey.
Trump confirmed that the agreement would pave the way for the formation of a new Palestinian government in Gaza, considering it an important step towards achieving lasting peace in the region.
Israeli sources revealed (on Friday) that the United States and Israel are considering imposing a land blockade on Iran after Washington has exhausted all available options in the current military strategy to open the Strait of Hormuz, according to the British newspaper The Daily Telegraph.
The land blockade is one of the options proposed to exert economic pressure on Iran, but the plan would require the United States and Israel to pressure Iran's neighbors to close border crossings or restrict passage, which would limit trade with the Iranian republic, according to the newspaper.
The U.S. administration is considering expanding its military operations against Iran through an intensive air campaign that could last between 10 days and two weeks, as negotiations between the United States and Iran continue.
Informed sources reported that U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) Commander Admiral Brad Cooper has prepared a plan to launch a wide air campaign targeting command centers and missile and drone facilities belonging to the Revolutionary Guard, based on his conviction that limited strikes have not succeeded in stopping Iranian attacks or deterring Tehran from threatening navigation in the Strait of Hormuz and targeting U.S. forces in the region, according to The Wall Street Journal.
However, Trump has not yet made a definitive decision, as he is considering two parallel options: proceeding with an air campaign lasting 10 to 14 days, or opting for a limited military response that allows for the continuation of the diplomatic path.
