أدانت الحكومة الأردنية اليوم الهجوم الذي شنّته مليشيا الحوثي على سفينة سعودية أثناء عبورها البحر الأحمر، وعدّته انتهاكاً صارخاً للقانون الدولي واتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لقانون البحار لعام 1982، وتهديداً لأمن الملاحة البحرية وسلامتها.
وأكدت وزارة الخارجية الأردنية في بيان، رفض الأردن واستنكاره هذا الاعتداء، مشددةً على تضامنه المطلق مع المملكة، ووقوفه الكامل معها في كل ما تتخذه من خطوات لحماية أمنها واستقرارها ومقدراتها.
The Jordanian government today condemned the attack launched by the Houthi militia on a Saudi ship while it was crossing the Red Sea, considering it a blatant violation of international law and the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of 1982, and a threat to maritime navigation security and safety.
The Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed in a statement Jordan's rejection and denunciation of this aggression, emphasizing its complete solidarity with the Kingdom and its full support for all measures it takes to protect its security, stability, and resources.
