كشفت وزارة الداخلية السورية نتائج التحقيق مع الخلية التي اعتقلت أخيراً على خلفية تفجيرات استهدفت العاصمة دمشق.
وأفاد بيان الوزارة، (السبت)، بأن التحقيقات الجارية مع أفراد الخلية الإرهابية التي أُلقي القبض عليها، أسفرت إلى جانب تحليل الأدلة الفنية ومطابقة المعطيات الأمنية، عن ثبوت مسؤولية الخلية عن التفجير الإرهابي الذي استهدف مبنى إدارة التسليح التابع لوزارة الدفاع في دمشق مايو الماضي.
وأكد أن الخلية أقرت خلال التحقيقات بتنفيذ العملية بهدف استهداف المؤسسات العامة، وزعزعة الأمن والاستقرار، وبث الفوضى بين المواطنين. وأشارت الوزارة إلى أن التحقيقات لا تزال مستمرة لكشف جميع المتورطين والمتعاونين مع الخلية، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقهم.
وأعلنت الوزارة أن قوى الأمن الداخلي، بالتعاون والتنسيق مع جهاز الاستخبارات العام، نجحت في عملية أمنية معقدة ومتابعة استخباراتية دقيقة في الإطاحة بكامل أفراد الخلية الإرهابية المسؤولة عن تفجيرات دمشق الأخيرة، عبر سلسلة مداهمات متزامنة وفي آن واحد استهدفت مواقعهم المتفرقة في دمشق وريفها، وشملت القطيفة، والسيدة زينب، وضاحية قدسيا، وعش الورور.
من جانبه، شدد وزير الداخلية السوري أنس خطاب على ضرورة تكثيف الإجراءات الأمنية لتعزيز الاستقرار في البلاد.
وأضافت الوكالة أنه جرى خلال جلسة عمل مع قادة الأمن الداخلي في المحافظات، استعراض مستجدات الواقع الأمني، ومناقشة الخطط والإجراءات المتخذة لتعزيز الأمن والاستقرار. ووجه الوزير بتكثيف الإجراءات الأمنية وفق الخطط المعتمدة، ورفع مستوى التنسيق والمتابعة الميدانية، والاستجابة السريعة لمختلف البلاغات والحوادث، بما يعزز أمن المواطنين.
ونفذت الوحدات المختصة في وزارة الداخلية خلال الأيام الماضية، بالتعاون مع جهاز الاستخبارات العامة، سلسلة عمليات أمنية نوعية أسفرت عن تفكيك عدة خلايا تابعة لتنظيم داعش في المنطقة الجنوبية.
The Syrian Ministry of Interior revealed the results of the investigation with the cell that was recently arrested in connection with the bombings that targeted the capital, Damascus.
The ministry's statement, issued on Saturday, indicated that the ongoing investigations with the members of the terrorist cell that was apprehended, alongside the analysis of technical evidence and matching security data, confirmed the cell's responsibility for the terrorist bombing that targeted the Armament Administration building affiliated with the Ministry of Defense in Damascus last May.
It was confirmed that the cell admitted during the investigations to carrying out the operation with the aim of targeting public institutions, destabilizing security and stability, and spreading chaos among citizens. The ministry noted that investigations are still ongoing to uncover all those involved and cooperating with the cell, and to take the necessary legal actions against them.
The ministry announced that the internal security forces, in cooperation and coordination with the General Intelligence Agency, succeeded in a complex security operation and precise intelligence follow-up that led to the dismantling of all members of the terrorist cell responsible for the recent bombings in Damascus, through a series of simultaneous raids targeting their scattered locations in Damascus and its countryside, including Qatana, Sayyida Zainab, Qudsaya, and Ash Sharour.
For his part, Syrian Interior Minister Anas Khattab emphasized the necessity of intensifying security measures to enhance stability in the country.
The agency added that during a working session with internal security leaders in the provinces, the current security situation was reviewed, and plans and measures taken to enhance security and stability were discussed. The minister directed to intensify security measures according to the approved plans, raise the level of coordination and field follow-up, and ensure a rapid response to various reports and incidents, thereby enhancing the safety of citizens.
In recent days, specialized units in the Ministry of Interior, in cooperation with the General Intelligence Agency, carried out a series of qualitative security operations that resulted in the dismantling of several cells affiliated with ISIS in the southern region.
