في ظل تصاعد التوترات الدولية وتشابك الملفات الساخنة بين الشرق الأوسط وأوروبا، جاءت مكالمة هاتفية مطوّلة بين الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين ونظيره الأمريكي دونالد ترمب لتعيد تسليط الضوء على قنوات التواصل المباشر بين موسكو وواشنطن، في وقت يشهد فيه العالم تحولات سياسية وأمنية متسارعة.
وأعلن الكرملين أن الاتصال الهاتفي بين الرئيسين استمر لمدة ساعة و25 دقيقة، ما يجعله من أطول المحادثات بينهما منذ عودة ترامب إلى البيت الأبيض مطلع عام 2025. ووفقاً لمساعد الرئيس الروسي يوري أوشاكوف، فقد اتسمت المكالمة بطابع عملي وبنّاء، حيث اتفق الجانبان على مواصلة التواصل وإجراء اتصال جديد في المستقبل القريب.
وبحسب بيانات وكالة «تاس» الروسية، فإن هذه المكالمة تُعد الرابعة عشرة بين بوتين وترامب منذ عودة الأخير إلى الرئاسة، ما يعكس استمرار الحوار المباشر رغم الخلافات العميقة بين البلدين. وتشير الإحصاءات إلى أن أربع مكالمات جرت خلال عام 2026، مقابل عشر مكالمات خلال عام 2025، في مؤشر على كثافة التواصل السياسي بين الجانبين.
وجاءت المكالمة الأخيرة بعد اتصال سابق جرى في 14 يونيو الماضي، تزامناً مع احتفال ترامب بعيد ميلاده الثمانين، فيما أُجريت هذه المرة بمبادرة من الجانب الأمريكي، بالتزامن مع احتفالات الولايات المتحدة بالذكرى الـ250 لاستقلالها.
واكتسب الاتصال أهمية خاصة بالنظر إلى توقيته، إذ تزامن مع تطورات متسارعة في ملفات الحرب في أوكرانيا، والأوضاع في الشرق الأوسط، إضافة إلى العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين. وأكد الجانبان خلاله على أهمية استمرار الحوار المباشر في إدارة الملفات الدولية المعقدة.
وخلال المحادثة التي وصفها الكرملين بأنها “عملية وبناءة”، قدّم الرئيس الروسي تهنئة لنظيره الأمريكي بمناسبة ذكرى الاستقلال، مجدداً دعوته لزيارة روسيا. كما ناقش الطرفان تطورات الحرب في أوكرانيا، حيث عرض بوتين رؤيته للوضع الميداني وتقدم القوات الروسية، بينما أكد ترامب دعمه لمسار الحلول السلمية، مشيراً إلى أن إنهاء النزاع قد يفتح آفاقاً أوسع للتعاون الاقتصادي بين البلدين.
كما تناول الاتصال الملف الإيراني، حيث أبدى بوتين استعداد موسكو للمساهمة في تهدئة التصعيد، فيما اتفق الرئيسان على مواصلة التواصل خلال المرحلة المقبلة، مع التأكيد على أهمية استمرار الحوار السياسي والعسكري والاقتصادي بين واشنطن وموسكو.

The Kremlin announced that the phone call between the two presidents lasted for one hour and 25 minutes, making it one of the longest conversations between them since Trump returned to the White House at the beginning of 2025. According to Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov, the call was characterized by a practical and constructive tone, with both sides agreeing to continue communication and to have a new call in the near future.
According to data from the Russian news agency "TASS," this call is the fourteenth between Putin and Trump since the latter returned to the presidency, reflecting the continuation of direct dialogue despite the deep disagreements between the two countries. Statistics indicate that four calls took place in 2026, compared to ten calls in 2025, indicating the intensity of political communication between the two sides.
The latest call came after a previous call that took place on June 14, coinciding with Trump’s celebration of his eightieth birthday, while this time it was initiated by the American side, coinciding with the United States' celebrations of the 250th anniversary of its independence.
The call gained special importance considering its timing, as it coincided with rapid developments in the issues of the war in Ukraine, the situation in the Middle East, in addition to the bilateral relations between the two countries. Both sides emphasized the importance of continuing direct dialogue in managing complex international issues.
During the conversation, which the Kremlin described as “practical and constructive,” the Russian president congratulated his American counterpart on the occasion of Independence Day, reiterating his invitation to visit Russia. The two sides also discussed developments in the war in Ukraine, where Putin presented his vision of the battlefield situation and the progress of Russian forces, while Trump affirmed his support for peaceful solutions, indicating that ending the conflict could open broader horizons for economic cooperation between the two countries.
The call also addressed the Iranian file, where Putin expressed Moscow's readiness to contribute to de-escalation, while the two presidents agreed to continue communication in the upcoming phase, emphasizing the importance of maintaining political, military, and economic dialogue between Washington and Moscow.
