حذّر المتحدث باسم وزارة الخارجية الإيرانية إسماعيل بقائي اليوم (الخميس)، من استمرار الهجمات الإسرائيلية على لبنان، وأكّد أنه سيُعد انتهاكاً لالتزامات الطرف الآخر في إشارة إلى أمريكا.
ونقلت وكالة «مهر» الإيرانية عن بقائي قوله: «مذكرة التفاهم بين طهران وواشنطن أصبحت نهائية ورسمية بعد توقيعها من قبل رئيسي البلدين»، موضحاً أن إيران لا تفصل بين الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل.
واتهم المتحدث باسم الخارجية الإيرانية إسرائيل بعدم الرغبة في منح فرصة للدبلوماسية قائلاً: «إسرائيل لا ترغب في منح أي فرصة للمسار الدبلوماسي»، لافتاً إلى أن مسؤولية إلزامها باحترام التعهدات الواردة في الاتفاق تقع على عاتق الولايات المتحدة.
وأشار بقائي إلى أن رفع القيود المفروضة على صادرات النفط الإيرانية يبدأ اعتباراً من اليوم، وسيستمر بالتوازي مع مسار المفاوضات، مضيفاً: «يجب أن تكون إيران قادرة على بيع نفطها دون عوائق في مجالات النقل والتأمين، وأن تحصل على عائدات صادراتها بشكل كامل».
وأوضح أن المفاوضات لم تقتصر على مذكرة التفاهم، بل شملت أيضاً ملفات الإفراج عن الأصول الإيرانية المجمدة، وتعويض الأضرار، ورفع العقوبات النفطية، من خلال مسارات تفاوضية منفصلة، مبيناً أن طهران تسعى إلى ضمان القدرة على استخدام أموالها المجمدة متى شاءت ولأي غرض اقتصادي أو تجاري وتعهد الولايات المتحدة بإزالة جميع العقبات ذات الصلة.
وأكد أن المفاوضات الأخيرة هدفت إلى توفير ضمانات تكفل تنفيذ واشنطن لالتزاماتها هذه المرة، موضحاً أن المرحلة القادمة ستشهد مراقبة دقيقة لتنفيذ الطرف الآخر لالتزاماته، بالتوازي مع مفاوضات حول الملف النووي ورفع العقوبات.
وأضاف: «المذكرة تنص على التفاوض حصراً بشأن هذين الملفين خلال فترة تمتد 60 يوماً قابلة للتمديد إذا اقتضت الحاجة»، معلناً رفض بلاده نقل «المواد النووية المخصبة إلى خارج إيران».
وقال بقائي: «خيار تخفيف نسبة التخصيب مطروح للنقاش، بينما يبقى نقل المواد المخصبة إلى الخارج خياراً مرفوضاً بشكل قاطع».
ونفى المتحدث باسم الخارجية الإيرانية أن تكون الصواريخ الإيرانية موضوعاً للتفاوض قائلاً: «الصواريخ الإيرانية صنعت للإطلاق لا للتفاوض وأي حوار لن يشمل القدرات الدفاعية للبلاد».
The spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Ismail Baqaei, warned today (Thursday) against the continuation of Israeli attacks on Lebanon, asserting that it would be considered a violation of the commitments of the other party, referring to the United States.
The Iranian news agency "Mehr" quoted Baqaei as saying: "The memorandum of understanding between Tehran and Washington has become final and official after being signed by the presidents of both countries," clarifying that Iran does not separate the United States from Israel.
The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson accused Israel of not wanting to give diplomacy a chance, saying: "Israel does not wish to grant any opportunity for the diplomatic path," pointing out that the responsibility to compel it to respect the commitments outlined in the agreement lies with the United States.
Baqaei indicated that the lifting of restrictions on Iranian oil exports begins today and will continue in parallel with the negotiation process, adding: "Iran must be able to sell its oil without obstacles in the areas of transportation and insurance, and to receive its export revenues in full."
He explained that the negotiations were not limited to the memorandum of understanding but also included files related to the release of frozen Iranian assets, compensation for damages, and the lifting of oil sanctions, through separate negotiation tracks, indicating that Tehran seeks to ensure the ability to use its frozen funds whenever it wishes and for any economic or commercial purpose, with the United States committing to remove all related obstacles.
He confirmed that the recent negotiations aimed to provide guarantees that ensure Washington's commitments this time, explaining that the next phase will witness close monitoring of the other party's fulfillment of its commitments, alongside negotiations on the nuclear file and the lifting of sanctions.
He added: "The memorandum stipulates negotiating exclusively on these two files over a period of 60 days, which can be extended if necessary," announcing his country's refusal to transfer "enriched nuclear materials outside of Iran."
Baqaei said: "The option of reducing the enrichment level is on the table for discussion, while transferring enriched materials abroad remains a completely rejected option."
The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson denied that Iranian missiles are a subject of negotiation, stating: "Iranian missiles are made for launch, not for negotiation, and any dialogue will not include the country's defensive capabilities."
