وجهت مصر دعوة عاجلة إلى الفصائل الفلسطينية، بما فيها حركة حماس، لحضور اجتماع طارئ يُعقد في القاهرة الأربعاء القادم، وفقاً لما أفادت به مصادر قناتي العربية، والحدث.
وأوضحت المصادر أن الاجتماع يأتي في إطار جهود مصرية مكثفة لكسر حالة الجمود التي تعتري مفاوضات المرحلة الثانية من اتفاق غزة، وسط اتصالات عربية ودولية نشطة خلال الأيام الأخيرة لمنع انهيار الوضع في القطاع.
وذكرت المصادر أن اللقاء سيضم الوسطاء إلى جانب نيكولاي ميلادينوف، ممثل مجلس السلام في غزة، ومن المقرر أن يتصدر جدول الأعمال ملف تسليم الأمن في قطاع غزة إلى اللجنة الإدارية الجديدة.
وأضافت المصادر أن حركة حماس حصلت على وعود دولية باستيعاب عدد من العناصر الأمنية التابعة لها ضمن الترتيبات الأمنية القادمة في القطاع.
وأشارت المصادر إلى أن الانتخابات الداخلية لحركة حماس ليست شرطاً عاجلاً، ولا يُتوقع حسمها خلال شهر واحد، لأنها تخضع لعدة عوامل معقدة منها التوزيع الجغرافي والوضع الأمني والاغتيالات الأخيرة.
وأكدت أن المجلس القيادي للحركة سيبقى على حاله، وسيستمر خليل الحية في منصبه كرئيس لحركة حماس في قطاع غزة.
وتأتي هذه الدعوة المصرية في ظل تعثر المفاوضات المتعلقة بالمرحلة الثانية من اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار وتبادل الأسرى في غزة، إذ تلعب مصر دوراً رئيسياً ومحورياً في الوساطة بين الأطراف الفلسطينية والإسرائيلية والدولية، من أجل تحقيق الاستقرار، وتسهيل تسليم الإدارة المدنية والأمنية، والبدء في إعادة إعمار القطاع.
Egypt has issued an urgent invitation to Palestinian factions, including Hamas, to attend an emergency meeting to be held in Cairo next Wednesday, according to sources from Al Arabiya and Al Hadath channels.
The sources explained that the meeting comes as part of intensive Egyptian efforts to break the stalemate in the negotiations for the second phase of the Gaza agreement, amid active Arab and international communications in recent days to prevent the situation in the sector from deteriorating.
The sources mentioned that the meeting will include mediators alongside Nikolai Mladenov, the representative of the Peace Council in Gaza, and it is scheduled that the agenda will focus on the file of handing over security in the Gaza Strip to the new administrative committee.
The sources added that Hamas has received international promises to accommodate some of its security personnel within the upcoming security arrangements in the sector.
The sources indicated that internal elections for Hamas are not an urgent condition, and it is not expected to be resolved within a month, as they are subject to several complex factors including geographical distribution, security situation, and recent assassinations.
They confirmed that the leadership council of the movement will remain unchanged, and Khalil Hayya will continue in his position as the head of Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
This Egyptian invitation comes amid the stalled negotiations related to the second phase of the ceasefire and prisoner exchange agreement in Gaza, as Egypt plays a key and pivotal role in mediating between the Palestinian, Israeli, and international parties, in order to achieve stability, facilitate the handover of civil and security administration, and begin the reconstruction of the sector.
