تقدّم الفنان المصري أشرف زكي بشكوى رسمية إلى نقابة الإعلاميين في مصر ضد أحد المذيعين، اعتراضاً على ظهوره المتكرر في الجنازات والعزاءات الخاصة بالفنانين، التي كان آخرها جنازة والدة الفنان المصري أحمد حلمي.
تجاوزات مرفوضة
وجاء تحرك أشرف زكي بعد ما اعتبره تجاوزاً لطبيعة التغطية الإعلامية في المناسبات الإنسانية، مؤكداً أن المذيع يحرص على الوجود بشكل لافت وسط الفنانين وأسر المتوفين، وهو ما وصفه بأنه تصرف غير ملائم داخل أجواء العزاء والجنازات.
مراجعة قانونية
وأشار نقيب المهن التمثيلية إلى أهمية الحفاظ على خصوصية هذه المناسبات، مطالباً بضرورة مراجعة الموقف القانوني للمذيع والتأكد من كونه مقيداً بنقابة الإعلاميين، إلى جانب اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة حال وجود أي مخالفة مهنية.
فحص الشكوى
وفي المقابل، بدأت نقابة الإعلاميين المصرية دراسة الشكوى المقدمة، للتحقق من الموقف القانوني للمذيع ومدى أحقيته في ممارسة العمل الإعلامي، تمهيداً لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة وفق القواعد المنظمة للمهنة.
وفاة والدة أحمد حلمي
ويذكر أن والدة أحمد حلمي رحلت عن عالمنا قبل يومين، بعد معاناة طويلة مع المرض وتدهور حالتها الصحية خلال الفترة الأخيرة بسبب تقدمها في العمر، فيما اكتفت الأسرة بتلقي العزاء في المقبرة دون إقامة مراسم عزاء أخرى.

Ashraf Zaki's move came after he considered it a violation of the nature of media coverage in humanitarian events, emphasizing that the broadcaster insists on being prominently present among artists and the families of the deceased, which he described as an inappropriate behavior in the atmosphere of condolences and funerals.
Legal Review
The head of the Actors' Syndicate pointed out the importance of maintaining the privacy of these occasions, calling for a review of the broadcaster's legal status and ensuring that he is registered with the Media Syndicate, in addition to taking necessary actions in case of any professional violations.
Complaint Examination
In turn, the Egyptian Media Syndicate has begun studying the submitted complaint to verify the broadcaster's legal status and his right to practice media work, in preparation for taking necessary actions according to the regulations governing the profession.
Death of Ahmed Helmy's Mother
It is worth mentioning that Ahmed Helmy's mother passed away two days ago, after a long struggle with illness and a deterioration in her health condition in recent times due to her advancing age, while the family limited their mourning to receiving condolences at the cemetery without holding any other mourning ceremonies.
