خصصت الخارجية الأمريكية عبر برنامج «المكافآت من أجل العدالة» مكافأة قدرها 10 ملايين دولار مقابل معلومات تؤدي إلى تحديد هوية أو مكان حيدر مزهر ملك السعيدي المعروف باسم «حيدر الغراوي»، الذي تتهمه واشنطن بقيادة هجمات استهدفت مصالح أمريكية وحليفة في الشرق الأوسط.
وجاء في بيان نشره الحساب الرسمي للبرنامج، اليوم (الإثنين)، أن السعيدي يقود جماعة مسلحة نفذت هجمات على منشآت دبلوماسية أمريكية، أسفرت عن مقتل مدنيين عراقيين وعسكريين أمريكيين. ودعت الجمهور لتقديم أي معلومات تساعد في تعقبه.
ويشغل السعيدي منصب الأمين العام وزعيم ما يسمى حركة «أنصار الله الأوفياء»، وهي جماعة مسلحة مدعومة من إيران وتعمل داخل العراق.
وتشير السلطات الأمريكية إلى أن عناصر هذه الحركة شاركوا في هجمات استهدفت بعثات دبلوماسية وقواعد عسكرية وأفراداً أمريكيين داخل العراق، إضافة إلى عمليات في دول مجاورة مثل الأردن وسورية.
وأدرجت الحكومة الأمريكية السعيدي وتنظيمه ضمن الأمر التنفيذي رقم 13224، الذي يستهدف الأفراد والكيانات المرتبطة بأنشطة تصفها بالإرهابية.
وتعود نشأة حركة «أنصار الله الأوفياء» إلى ما بعد عام 2014، في إطار التعبئة الواسعة لمواجهة تنظيم داعش الإرهابي، قبل أن تتحول فيما بعد إلى مليشيا موالية لإيران ضمن شبكة الجماعات المسلحة المعقدة في العراق.
وشاركت الحركة منذ تأسيسها، في صراعات إقليمية، بينها عمليات على الحدود بين سورية والعراق، وارتبط اسمها بعدد من الهجمات ضد القوات الأمريكية في المنطقة، وتوسع دورها داخل العراق ليشمل أبعاداً تتجاوز النشاط العسكري، مع ارتباطها بنفوذ سياسي وعمليات مليشياوية ضمن المشهد الداخلي.
The U.S. State Department has offered a reward of $10 million through the "Rewards for Justice" program for information leading to the identification or location of Haider Mazhar Malik Al-Saedi, known as "Haider Al-Gharawi," whom Washington accuses of leading attacks targeting American and allied interests in the Middle East.
A statement published by the official account of the program today (Monday) indicated that Al-Saedi leads an armed group that has carried out attacks on American diplomatic facilities, resulting in the deaths of Iraqi civilians and American military personnel. The public was urged to provide any information that could help track him down.
Al-Saedi holds the position of Secretary-General and leader of the so-called "Loyalist Ansar Allah Movement," an Iranian-backed armed group operating within Iraq.
U.S. authorities indicate that members of this movement have participated in attacks targeting diplomatic missions, military bases, and American individuals within Iraq, as well as operations in neighboring countries like Jordan and Syria.
The U.S. government has designated Al-Saedi and his organization under Executive Order 13224, which targets individuals and entities linked to activities it describes as terrorist.
The "Loyalist Ansar Allah Movement" emerged after 2014, as part of the broad mobilization to confront the ISIS terrorist organization, before later transforming into a militia loyal to Iran within the complex network of armed groups in Iraq.
Since its establishment, the movement has participated in regional conflicts, including operations along the border between Syria and Iraq, and its name has been associated with several attacks against American forces in the region. Its role within Iraq has expanded to include dimensions beyond military activity, with connections to political influence and militia operations within the domestic scene.
