نفت القيادة المركزية الأمريكية اليوم (الإثنين)، تعرض سفينة الهجوم البرمائي (USS Tripoli) لأي هجوم من جانب إيران.
وقالت القيادة الأمريكية «سينتكوم» على حسابها في منصة «إكس» إن «ما أعلنه الحرس الثوري الإيراني بأنه هاجم واستهدف السفينة بالصواريخ، مما أجبرها على الانسحاب من المنطقة إلى جنوب المحيط الهندي.. غير صحيح».
وأضافت: «الحقيقة لم تتعرض السفينة USS Tripoli لأي هجوم، وهي لا تزال تبحر في بحر العرب دعماً لعملية الغضب الملحمي (Operation Epic Fury) وتعمل هذه السفينة، وهي من فئة (أمريكا)، كسفينة قيادة لمجموعة تريبولي البرمائية الجاهزة وحدة الحملة البحرية الـ31، التي تتألف من حوالى 3500 بحار وجندي من مشاة البحرية (المارينز)، إضافة إلى طائرات نقل ومقاتلات هجومية، فضلاً عن أصول تكتيكية وبرمائية».
وكان الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب قد قال إنه يفضل أن تفرض الولايات المتحدة رسوم عبور على مضيق هرمز بدلاً من إيران، وفي رده على سؤال بشأن الاستيلاء على النفط الإيراني قال ترمب: «الغنائم للمنتصر».
وانتقد ترمب حلف شمال الأطلسي (الناتو) وأستراليا واليابان وكوريا الجنوبية لعدم مساعدة الولايات المتحدة في حربها مع إيران.
في غضون ذلك، نقل موقع «أكسيوس» عن مسؤولين قولهم إن ترمب أكد لرئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو أنه لن يتخلى عن تسليم إيران لليورانيوم المخصب لديها، كما أكد أنه سيوقف النار إذا واقفت إيران على شروطه.
وأشار المسؤولون إلى أن نتنياهو أعرب لترمب عن مخاطر وقف النار الآن في إيران، وأنه حثه على عدم وقف النار في إيران.

The U.S. Central Command, known as "CENTCOM," stated on its account on the platform "X" that "what the Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced about attacking and targeting the ship with missiles, forcing it to withdraw from the area to the southern Indian Ocean... is not true."
It added: "The truth is that the USS Tripoli has not been subjected to any attack, and it is still sailing in the Arabian Sea in support of Operation Epic Fury. This ship, which is of the America class, serves as the flagship for the ready Amphibious Task Force Tripoli, which consists of approximately 3,500 sailors and Marines, in addition to transport aircraft and attack fighters, as well as tactical and amphibious assets."
Former President Donald Trump had said that he preferred the United States to impose transit fees on the Strait of Hormuz instead of Iran. In response to a question about seizing Iranian oil, Trump stated: "The spoils go to the victor."
Trump criticized NATO, Australia, Japan, and South Korea for not assisting the United States in its war with Iran.
Meanwhile, Axios reported that officials said Trump assured Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that he would not abandon the delivery of enriched uranium to Iran, and he also confirmed that he would stop the fire if Iran agreed to his terms.
Officials noted that Netanyahu expressed to Trump the risks of a ceasefire in Iran at this time and urged him not to implement a ceasefire in Iran.
