شهدت منطقة شبرا الخيمة بمحافظة القليوبية المصرية جريمة أسرية مأساوية، بعدما أقدم شاب على قتل جدته داخل شقتها، في واقعة أثارت حالة من الصدمة والحزن بين الأهالي، عقب كشف تفاصيل الجريمة التي بدأت بمحاولة سرقة وانتهت بجريمة قتل.
بلاغ وتحريات
وتلقت مديرية أمن القليوبية إخطاراً من الإدارة العامة للمباحث يفيد بورود بلاغ بالعثور على سيدة مسنة جثة هامدة داخل شقتها بشارع الروضة بدائرة قسم أول شبرا الخيمة، وعلى الفور انتقلت قوات الأمن إلى موقع البلاغ لبدء الفحص والتحريات.
وكشفت التحريات الأولية أن مرتكب الواقعة حفيد المجني عليها، إذ تسلل إلى الشقة عبر منور العقار مستخدماً باباً خلفياً متصلاً بورشة خاله أسفل المنزل، مستغلاً إقامته المؤقتة داخل الورشة بعد خلافات أسرية مع والدته وطرده من المنزل قبل يومين من الحادثة.
تفاصيل الجريمة
وأوضحت التحريات أن المتهم دخل الشقة بهدف سرقة مشغولات ذهبية ومتعلقات خاصة بجدته، إلا أنها فوجئت بوجوده داخل المنزل وحاولت الاستغاثة، ما دفعه للاعتداء عليها وخنقها حتى فارقت الحياة، قبل أن يستولي على الذهب ويفر هارباً.
سوابق وتعاطي مخدرات
وبحسب التحقيقات، فإن المتهم اعتاد تعاطي المواد المخدرة، وسبق اتهامه في وقائع سرقة داخل الأسرة، وهو ما دفع المجني عليها في وقت سابق لتحذير والدته منه ومنعه من دخول منزلها خشية تعرضها للسرقة.
صدمة بين الأهالي
وأكد عدد من أهالي المنطقة أن السيدة كانت تتمتع بحسن السيرة والسمعة الطيبة، ولم تكن بينها وبين أحد أي خلافات، ما ضاعف من حالة الغضب والحزن عقب اكتشاف تفاصيل الجريمة.
ضبط المتهم
وعقب تقنين الإجراءات، تمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية من ضبط المتهم في وقت قياسي، وتم اقتياده إلى قسم أول شبرا الخيمة، حيث جرى تحرير محضر بالواقعة وإخطار النيابة العامة التي باشرت التحقيقات.
وقررت النيابة حبس المتهم 4 أيام على ذمة التحقيقات، مع انتداب الطب الشرعي لتشريح الجثمان وبيان سبب الوفاة، والتصريح بالدفن عقب الانتهاء من أعمال الصفة التشريحية.

Report and Investigations
The Qalyubia Security Directorate received a notification from the General Administration of Investigations indicating that a report had been received about finding an elderly woman dead inside her apartment on Al-Rawda Street in the First Shubra El-Kheima police district. Immediately, security forces moved to the scene to begin the examination and investigations.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the perpetrator was the grandson of the victim, who sneaked into the apartment through the building's shaft using a back door connected to his uncle's workshop below the house, taking advantage of his temporary stay in the workshop after family disputes with his mother and being thrown out of the house two days before the incident.
Details of the Crime
The investigations clarified that the accused entered the apartment with the intention of stealing gold jewelry and personal belongings of his grandmother, but when she was surprised by his presence in the house and tried to call for help, he attacked her and strangled her until she died, before seizing the gold and fleeing.
Previous Offenses and Drug Use
According to the investigations, the accused was known to use narcotic substances and had previously been accused in family theft incidents, which led the victim to warn his mother about him and prevent him from entering her home for fear of being robbed.
Shock Among Locals
Several locals confirmed that the woman had a good reputation and was well-regarded, and there were no disputes between her and anyone, which intensified the feelings of anger and sadness following the discovery of the crime's details.
Arrest of the Accused
After legal procedures were taken, the security forces managed to arrest the accused in a record time, and he was taken to the First Shubra El-Kheima police station, where a report of the incident was filed and the Public Prosecution was notified to begin investigations.
The prosecution decided to detain the accused for four days pending investigations, with a forensic doctor assigned to perform an autopsy on the body to determine the cause of death, and to authorize burial after completing the autopsy procedures.
