كشفت وسائل إعلام غربية، اليوم (الإثنين)، إيقاف 4 من عناصر حزب الله بتهمة حيازة ونقل أسلحة.
ونقلت وكالة الأنباء الفرنسية، عن مصدر قضائي لبناني قوله، إن مفوض الحكومة لدى المحكمة العسكرية في لبنان ادعى على 4 عناصر من حزب الله بتهمة حيازة ونقل أسلحة، وذلك على خلفية قرار السلطات حظر نشاطات الحزب العسكرية بعد إطلاقه صواريخ على إسرائيل تسببت باندلاع الحرب.
وأوضح المصدر أن القاضي كلود غانم ادعى على 4 عناصر من حزب الله، أُوقف اثنان منهم خلال نقلهما صواريخ باتجاه جنوب لبنان، فيما ضُبط الآخران بحوزتهما أسلحة حربية غير مرخّصة، مبيناً أن غانم أحال الملف مع الموقوفين إلى قاضي التحقيق الأول في بيروت غادة أبو علوان.
وأشار المصدر إلى أن غانم طلب استجواب المتهمين وإصدار مذكرات توقيف وجاهية بحقهم.
بالمقابل، قال وزير الدفاع الإسرائيلي يسرائيل كاتس إن النازحين في لبنان جراء الحرب مع حزب الله لن تتاح لهم العودة إلى منازلهم قبل ضمان أمن شمال إسرائيل المحاذي للحدود، موضحاً أن الجيش الإسرائيلي سيتعامل مع المناطق الحدودية جنوب لبنان، كما تعامل مع قطاع غزة.
ولفت إلى «أنه ورئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو أصدرا تعليمات للجيش الإسرائيلي بتدمير البنية التحتية في المدن الحدودية في لبنان، تماماً كما تم مع حماس في رفح وبيت حانون والأنفاق في غزة».
Western media revealed today (Monday) the arrest of 4 Hezbollah members on charges of possession and transfer of weapons.
The French news agency reported, citing a Lebanese judicial source, that the government commissioner at the military court in Lebanon has charged 4 Hezbollah members with possession and transfer of weapons, following the authorities' decision to ban the military activities of the party after it launched rockets at Israel, which led to the outbreak of war.
The source clarified that Judge Claude Ghanem charged 4 Hezbollah members, two of whom were arrested while transporting rockets towards southern Lebanon, while the other two were caught in possession of unlicensed military weapons, indicating that Ghanem referred the case along with the detainees to the first investigating judge in Beirut, Ghada Abu Alwan.
The source noted that Ghanem requested to interrogate the accused and issue arrest warrants against them.
In contrast, Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz stated that the displaced people in Lebanon due to the war with Hezbollah will not be allowed to return to their homes until the security of northern Israel adjacent to the borders is guaranteed, explaining that the Israeli army will deal with the border areas in southern Lebanon as it did with the Gaza Strip.
He pointed out that he and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued instructions to the Israeli army to destroy the infrastructure in the border cities in Lebanon, just as was done with Hamas in Rafah, Beit Hanoun, and the tunnels in Gaza.
