أغلقت سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، اليوم (الأربعاء)، معبر رفح. وألغت تنسيق سفر الدفعة الثالثة من المرضى والجرحى من قطاع غزة عبر المعبر الحدودي، بعد نحو 48 ساعة فقط من افتتاحه بشكل محدود، في خطوة جديدة تعمق معاناة المرضى وتفضح استمرار القيود الإسرائيلية المشددة على حركة السفر.

إلغاء سفر المرضى
وقال المتحدث باسم الهلال الأحمر الفلسطيني في غزة رائد النمس: إنهم «أُبلغوا رسمياً ودون إبداء أسباب، بإلغاء تنسيق سفر المرضى والجرحى عبر المعبر، رغم بدء الطواقم الطبية تجهيز دفعة جديدة من الحالات الحرجة للمغادرة.
وأضاف أن القرار جاء بشكل مفاجئ، ما أدى إلى تعطيل سفر عشرات المرضى الذين كانوا يستعدون لمغادرة القطاع لتلقي العلاج في الخارج، في ظل الانهيار شبه الكامل للمنظومة الصحية في غزة.
فيما أفاد منسق أعمال الحكومة الإسرائيلية بالضفة الغربية وغزة بأن معبر رفح فتح صباح اليوم بخلاف التقارير المنشورة، لكن منظمة الصحة العالمية لم تقدم تفاصيل التنسيق اللازمة لأسباب إجرائية، وعند تقديمها سيسمح للفلسطينيين بالمغادرة من معبر رفح.
ويأتي، قرار وقف السفر في المعبر بعد ادعاء الجيش الإسرائيلي إصابة ضابط في قوات الاحتياط بـ«جروح خطيرة» في هجوم شمال قطاع غزة، وتأكيد وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية أن«تل أبيب سترد بشكل قاسٍ».
عراقيل وصعوبات إسرائيلية
وذكرت مصادر فلسطينية، أن 40 فلسطينياً من العائدين إلى قطاع غزة وصلوا بعد فترة انتظار طويلة. وجاءت عودتهم وسط عراقيل وصعوبات وصفت بأنها كبيرة فرضها جيش الاحتلال على المعبر، شملت التفتيش والتحقيق والتضييق على حركة المسافرين.
وبشكل محدود وبقيود مشددة، بدأ في الـ2 من فبراير الجاري تشغيل معبر رفح الحدودي بين مصر وغزة، للمرة الأولى منذ نحو عامين، إذ كان من المتوقع وفق الاتفاق أن يعبر إلى القطاع في اليوم الأول 50 فلسطينياً، وإلى مصر 50 مريضاً مع مرافقَين لكل شخص، لكن لم يصل إلى القطاع سوى 12 فلسطينياً، ولم يغادره سوى 8.
لا تحسن على دخول المساعدات
من جانبها، وصفت حركة حماس التنكيل بالعائدين من معبر رفح بأنه «جريمة»، وطالبت الوسطاء والدول الضامنة بالتحرك الفوري لوقف هذه الممارسات، كما أكدت أن الاحتلال الإسرائيلي لا يزال يقيد دخول المساعدات بشكل كبير إلى القطاع. وأكدت أنه لم يطرأ أي تحسن على دخول المساعدات، رغم دخول اتفاق وقف الحرب على غزة مرحلته الثانية.
وقال الناطق باسم الحركة حازم قاسم إنه مع تأثر قطاع غزة بمنخفض جوي جديد، تتفاقم الأوضاع الكارثية للنازحين في خيامهم، ويزيد من ذلك منع إدخال الوقود والغاز إلا بكميات شحيحة جداً.
بدوره، دعا الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أنطونيو غوتيريش إلى تسهيل مرور المساعدات الإنسانية على نطاق واسع إلى قطاع غزة، بما في ذلك عبر معبر رفح.
وقال خلال جلسة سنوية للجنة الأممية المعنية بحقوق الفلسطينيين: إن أي حل مستدام في غزة يجب أن يكون متسقاً مع القانون الدولي، وأن يؤدي إلى حكم فلسطيني موحد وشرعي ومعترف به دوليا.

Cancellation of Patient Travel
The spokesperson for the Palestinian Red Crescent in Gaza, Raed Al-Namss, stated that they were "officially informed without any reasons given, about the cancellation of the travel coordination for patients and the injured through the crossing, despite the medical teams starting to prepare a new batch of critical cases for departure.
He added that the decision came unexpectedly, leading to the disruption of travel for dozens of patients who were preparing to leave the sector for treatment abroad, amid the near-total collapse of the healthcare system in Gaza.
Meanwhile, the Coordinator of Government Activities in the West Bank and Gaza stated that the Rafah crossing opened this morning contrary to published reports, but the World Health Organization did not provide the necessary coordination details for procedural reasons, and once they are provided, Palestinians will be allowed to leave from the Rafah crossing.
The decision to halt travel at the crossing follows the Israeli army's claim of serious injuries to a reserve officer in an attack in northern Gaza, and Israeli media confirming that "Tel Aviv will respond harshly."
Israeli Obstacles and Difficulties
Palestinian sources reported that 40 Palestinians returning to the Gaza Strip arrived after a long wait. Their return came amid significant obstacles and difficulties imposed by the occupation army at the crossing, which included searches, investigations, and restrictions on the movement of travelers.
In a limited manner and under strict restrictions, the Rafah border crossing between Egypt and Gaza began operating on February 2nd for the first time in nearly two years. According to the agreement, it was expected that 50 Palestinians would cross into the sector on the first day, and 50 patients with two companions each would cross into Egypt, but only 12 Palestinians reached the sector, and only 8 left.
No Improvement in Aid Entry
For its part, Hamas described the mistreatment of those returning from the Rafah crossing as a "crime," calling on mediators and guaranteeing countries to take immediate action to stop these practices. It also confirmed that the Israeli occupation continues to significantly restrict the entry of aid into the sector. It emphasized that there has been no improvement in the entry of aid, despite the ceasefire agreement for Gaza entering its second phase.
The spokesperson for the movement, Hazem Qassem, stated that as the Gaza Strip is affected by a new weather front, the catastrophic conditions for the displaced in their tents are worsening, compounded by the restriction on fuel and gas entry, which is allowed only in very limited quantities.
For his part, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres called for the facilitation of the wide passage of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, including through the Rafah crossing.
During an annual session of the UN committee concerned with Palestinian rights, he stated that any sustainable solution in Gaza must be consistent with international law and lead to a unified, legitimate Palestinian governance recognized internationally.
