Sheikh Mohammed bin Othman Al-Qurashi Al-Qarni passed away, may Allah have mercy on him, in the Taif governorate. The prayer was performed for him at the Grand Mosque, and he was buried in the Martyrs' Cemetery.

The deceased is the father of Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Qarni, former head of the Public Prosecution branch in the Makkah region, and Othman and Dael, who were formerly with the armed forces, and Ali, who is in education, and Faisal, who is in the private sector.

Sheikh Abdullah Al-Qarni received a number of condolence calls from princes and ministers, asking Allah to envelop the deceased in His vast mercy and grant him a place in His spacious gardens.

The family of the deceased will receive condolences in Taif on (Saturday) and (Sunday), while the condolence gathering will be held tomorrow (Monday) at the home of his son Abdullah in Al-Basatin neighborhood, next to Al-Taqwa Mosque in Jeddah.
