أطلق تجمع عسير الصحي نطاق بيشة حملة الكشف المبكر لسرطان الثدي، وذلك في العيادات الخارجية بمستشفى الملك عبدالله ببيشة، ضمن فعاليات شهر أكتوبر للتوعية بسرطان الثدي. وتضمّنت الفعالية معرضا توعويا اشتمل على برامج تثقيفية حول أمراض سرطان الثدي، والتعريف بأعراضها ومسبباتها وطرق الوقاية منها، إلى جانب توزيع عدد من المطويات والكتيبات التوعوية على الزوار. كما تمّ تخصيص عيادة للفحص المبكر تستمر طيلة أيام الحملة التي تمتد لثلاثة أيام. وتهدف الحملة إلى تعزيز الوعي الصحي لدى المجتمع بأهمية الكشف المبكر، وتشجيع النساء على إجراء الفحص الذاتي والدوري، لما لذلك من أثر إيجابي في رفع نسب الشفاء والوقاية من المضاعفات. وأشار تجمع عسير الصحي نطاق بيشة إلى تنظيم عدد من البرامج التوعوية الخارجية في المقاهي والمجمعات التجارية بمحافظة بيشة، بهدف الوصول إلى أكبر شريحة من الجمهور ونشر الوعي الصحي حول سرطان الثدي وطرق الوقاية منه.

The Asir Health Cluster in the Bisha region launched a breast cancer early detection campaign at the outpatient clinics of King Abdullah Hospital in Bisha, as part of the October awareness activities for breast cancer. The event included an awareness exhibition featuring educational programs about breast cancer diseases, information on its symptoms, causes, and prevention methods, along with the distribution of several brochures and informational booklets to visitors. A clinic for early detection was also designated to operate throughout the three-day campaign. The campaign aims to enhance community health awareness regarding the importance of early detection and to encourage women to perform self-examinations and regular screenings, as this has a positive impact on increasing recovery rates and preventing complications. The Asir Health Cluster in the Bisha region also indicated that several external awareness programs would be organized in cafes and shopping centers in Bisha Governorate, aiming to reach the largest segment of the public and spread health awareness about breast cancer and its prevention methods.
