The Governor of Tabuk, Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, expressed his condolences to the Al-Humaid family on the passing of their deceased, Suleiman bin Muhammad Al-Humaid, former Director General of the Budget at the Emirate of Tabuk (may God have mercy on him).
