His Highness the Prince of Hail, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, promoted a number of officers from the Emirate Security Division to their new ranks, including; Captain Ahmed Al-Shammari, Captain Shakir Al-Shammari, and Captain Tariq Al-Shammari, in the presence of the Regional Police Director and the Director of the Emirate Security Division.

Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad congratulated the officers on this promotion, wishing them success and prosperity.
