أعلنت كتائب القسام، الذراع العسكرية لحركة حماس اليوم (الإثنين)، تسليم جثة أحد الأسرى الإسرائيليين، مؤكدة أنه جرى استخراج الجثة اليوم وتم تسليمها مساء.
وقال المتحدث باسم حركة حماس حازم قاسم: إن تصريحات الاحتلال بأن «حماس» تعلم أماكن جثامين أسرى الاحتلال كاذبة، خصوصاً بعد تغير معالم القطاع جراء العدوان، مضيفاً: من حق أهلنا في غزة إدخال المعدات اللازمة لانتشال جثامين نحو 10 آلاف قتيل من تحت الأنقاض.
تسليم 18 جثة إسرائيلية
وأشار إلى أن «حماس» ملتزمة بإتمام المرحلة الأولى من الاتفاق لسد الذرائع أمام الاحتلال، ومصممة على تسليم جثامين أسرى الاحتلال في أسرع وقت ممكن.
ولفت إلى أنه جرى تسليم 18 جثماناً من أسرى الاحتلال، رغم ضعف الإمكانات التي تعرقل انتشال البقية.
دخول معدات مصرية
وكانت وسائل إعلام فلسطينية قد أكدت أن الجثة عُثر عليها في حي التفاح بمدينة غزة بعد بحث واسع. وسلمت «حماس» حتى الآن 18 جثة من 28 جثة تعود لأسرى إسرائيليين في غزة.
بالمقابل، أعلن الجيش الإسرائيلي أن طواقم اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر في طريقها إلى تسلُّم جثة جديدة لأسير عند نقطة التقاء بشمال قطاع غزة، مطالباً بالتصرف بحساسية وانتظار التحقق الرسمي من هوية الأسير.
وأكدت وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية أن هناك استعدادات جارية لتسلُّم الجثة.
وقدمت «حماس» معلومات حول مواقع جثث المحتجزين الإسرائيليين للفريق المصري الذي دخل غزة، أمس، بهدف المساعدة وتسريع البحث عن الرفات تحت الأنقاض والأنفاق في المناطق الخاضعة لسيطرة الجيش الإسرائيلي.
ونقلت هيئة البث الإسرائيلية عن مصادر قولها إن إسرائيل سمحت لحركة حماس بالعمل في عدة نقاط داخل المنطقة الصفراء وليس فقط في رفح للبحث عن جثث الأسرى الإسرائيليين بل أيضاً في خان يونس، مبينة أن هذه الموافقة كشفت قيام «حماس» بجولة ميدانية في منطقة الشجاعية الواقعة تحت السيطرة الإسرائيلية.
The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, announced today (Monday) the handover of the body of one of the Israeli prisoners, confirming that the body was retrieved today and handed over in the evening.
Hamas spokesperson Hazem Qassem stated that the occupation's claims that "Hamas" knows the locations of the bodies of the occupation's prisoners are false, especially after the changes in the Gaza Strip due to the aggression, adding: It is the right of our people in Gaza to bring in the necessary equipment to recover the bodies of about 10,000 dead from under the rubble.
Transfer of 18 Israeli Bodies
He pointed out that "Hamas" is committed to completing the first phase of the agreement to eliminate excuses for the occupation and is determined to hand over the bodies of the occupation's prisoners as soon as possible.
He noted that 18 bodies of the occupation's prisoners have been handed over, despite the limited resources that hinder the recovery of the rest.
Entry of Egyptian Equipment
Palestinian media had confirmed that the body was found in the Al-Tuffah neighborhood of Gaza City after extensive searching. So far, "Hamas" has handed over 18 bodies out of 28 belonging to Israeli prisoners in Gaza.
In contrast, the Israeli army announced that teams from the International Committee of the Red Cross are on their way to receive a new body of a prisoner at a meeting point in northern Gaza, calling for sensitivity in handling and waiting for official verification of the prisoner's identity.
Israeli media confirmed that preparations are underway to receive the body.
"Hamas" provided information about the locations of the bodies of the detained Israelis to the Egyptian team that entered Gaza yesterday, with the aim of assisting and speeding up the search for remains under the rubble and tunnels in areas controlled by the Israeli army.
The Israeli Broadcasting Authority reported sources saying that Israel has allowed Hamas to operate at several points within the yellow zone, not just in Rafah, to search for the bodies of Israeli prisoners, but also in Khan Younis, indicating that this approval revealed Hamas conducting a field tour in the Shuja'iyya area under Israeli control.
