أعربت سفارة قطر في القاهرة عن بالغ حزنها لوفاة ثلاثة دبلوماسيين قطريين في حادثة بشرم الشيخ، مؤكدة أنها تتابع أوضاع المصابين في الحادثة.
ونص البيان الرسمي لسفارة دولة قطر لدى القاهرة: «تعرب سفارة دولة قطر لدى جمهورية مصر العربية عن بالغ حزنها وأسفها لوفاة ثلاثة من منتسبي الديوان الأميري إثر حادث مروري أليم في مدينة شرم الشيخ، أثناء أدائهم مهام عملهم، وهم: سعود بن ثامر آل ثاني، عبد الله غانم الخيارين، حسن جابر الجابر. كما أُصيب في الحادث كل من عبد الله عيسى الكواري ومحمد عبد العزيز البوعينين».
وأكدت السفارة أنها باشرت على الفور متابعة الحادثة مع السلطات المصرية المعنية، وسيتم نقل المتوفين والمصابين إلى الدوحة على متن طائرة قطرية اليوم، حيث يتلقى المصابان حاليًا العناية الطبية اللازمة في مستشفى شرم الشيخ الدولي.
وأضاف البيان: «تعرب سفارة دولة قطر لدى القاهرة عن خالص تعازيها وصادق مواساتها إلى ذوي المتوفين الكرام، سائلة المولى عز وجل أن يتغمدهم بواسع رحمته ويسكنهم فسيح جناته، وأن يمن على المصابين بالشفاء العاجل».
كما أعربت السفارة عن شكرها وتقديرها للسلطات المعنية في جمهورية مصر العربية الشقيقة على تعاونها وحرصها واهتمامها بمتابعة الحادثة وتقديم التسهيلات اللازمة.
وأكدت المصادر أن جهات التحقيق انتقلت في الساعات الأولى من صباح اليوم إلى المستشفى الذي يتلقى فيه المصابان العلاج، وذلك ضمن إجراءات التحقيق في ملابسات الحادثة، مشيرة إلى أن فرق الفحص والمعاينة تواصل أعمالها في موقع الحادثة للوقوف على الأسباب الدقيقة وراء وقوعها.
The Qatari Embassy in Cairo expressed its deep sorrow over the death of three Qatari diplomats in an incident in Sharm El Sheikh, confirming that it is monitoring the situation of the injured in the incident.
The official statement from the Qatari Embassy in Cairo reads: “The Qatari Embassy in the Arab Republic of Egypt expresses its deep sorrow and condolences for the death of three members of the Amiri Diwan as a result of a tragic traffic accident in Sharm El Sheikh while they were performing their duties: Saud bin Thamer Al Thani, Abdullah Ghanem Al Khayarin, and Hassan Jaber Al Jaber. The injured in the accident include Abdullah Issa Al Kuwari and Mohammed Abdulaziz Al Bouainin.”
The embassy confirmed that it immediately began following up on the incident with the relevant Egyptian authorities, and the deceased and the injured will be transported to Doha on a Qatari plane today, where the injured are currently receiving the necessary medical care at Sharm El Sheikh International Hospital.
The statement added: “The Qatari Embassy in Cairo extends its sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the families of the deceased, praying to the Almighty to envelop them in His vast mercy and grant them a place in His spacious gardens, and to bestow a speedy recovery upon the injured.”
The embassy also expressed its gratitude and appreciation to the relevant authorities in the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt for their cooperation, diligence, and concern in following up on the incident and providing the necessary facilitation.
Sources confirmed that investigation authorities went to the hospital where the injured are receiving treatment in the early hours of this morning as part of the investigation into the circumstances of the incident, noting that inspection teams continue their work at the scene of the incident to determine the exact causes behind it.
