أعلن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب اليوم (الإثنين)، موافقة رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو على مقترح السلام لإنهاء الحرب في غزة، موضحاً أن موافقة «حماس» على إعادة الرهائن تعني إنهاء الحرب.
وقال ترمب في مؤتمر صحفي مع نتنياهو: نشكر الدول العربية والإسلامية على مساهمتهم في تطوير خطة السلام، مضيفاً: أنا أتحدث عن سلام أبدي في الشرق الأوسط. وشدد بالقول: إنهاء حرب غزة جزء صغير من رؤية السلام بالشرق الأوسط، مضيفاً: نتحدث عن السلام في الشرق الأوسط بأسره لا مجرد وقف الحرب في غزة.
جدول زمني لانسحاب إسرائيل
وأشار إلى أنه بحث مع نتنياهو كيفية إنهاء الحرب في غزة، لافتاً إلى أنه سيكون هناك جدول زمني للانسحاب الإسرائيلي التدريجي من غزة.
ولفت إلى أن خطته تضمن نزع السلاح في غزة وتدمير الأنفاق، مؤكداً أن جميع الرهائن الأحياء والأموات سيعودون خلال 72 ساعة.
ووصف ترمب اليوم بأنه «يوم تاريخي للسلام»، مبيناً أن «مجلس السلام برئاستي وعضوية رئيس الوزراء البريطاني السابق توني بلير سيكون مسؤولاً عن تشكيل الإدارة المؤقتة لغزة».
وأكد ترمب أنه سيعمل مع المؤسسات الدولية لدعم الإدارة الجديدة المؤقتة لغزة، محذراً حركة حماس من رفض خطة السلام قائلاً: «إذا رفضت «حماس» خطة السلام سيكون لنتنياهو الحق في أي فعل يقوم به».
هيئة دولية
وأضاف: «الدول العربية والإسلامية ستكون مسؤولة عن التعامل مع حركة حماس»، موضحاً أن الأطراف ستتفق على جدول زمني لانسحاب القوات الإسرائيلية من قطاع غزة على مراحل.
وقال ترمب: خطتنا تضمن نزع السلاح في غزة وتدمير الأنفاق، وسنعمل مع الإدارة الانتقالية في القطاع وسيكون هناك جدول زمني للانسحاب الإسرائيلي التدريجي من القطاع، مضيفاً: الفلسطينيون يتوقون لحياة أفضل وعلى السلطة إتمام الإصلاحات.
وأشار إلى أن دولاً كثيرة اعترفت بدولة فلسطينية لأنهم سئموا مما يحدث منذ عقود طويلة.
من جهته، قال رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي: أؤيد إنهاء الحرب في غزة بما يحقق أهدافنا، مضيفاً: يجب ضمان ألا تشكل غزة تهديدا لإسرائيل مستقبلاً.
وأشار إلى أن السلطة الفلسطينية لا يمكن أن تلعب دورا في غزة من دون إصلاحها، مهدداً بإستكمال الحرب إذا رفضت حركة حماس خطة ترمب وربط الإنسحاب بنزع سلاح حماس.
تفاصيل خطة ترمب
وكان البيت الأبيض قد أعلن عن خطة ترمب التي تضمنت إعادة جميع الرهائن في غضون 72 ساعة من إعلان إسرائيل قبول الاتفاق، إضافة إلى إنها الحرب في غزة فوراً عقب موافقة إسرائيل وحركة حماس.
وأكدت الخطة فتح حوار بين إسرائيل والفلسطينيين للاتفاق على أفق سياسي للتعايش، مؤكدة أن غزة ستكون منطقة خالية من العنف ولا تشكل تهديداً لجيرانها، ولن يُجبر أحد على مغادرتها.
وشددت الخطة على السماح لأعضاء حركة حماس بالخروج الآمن من غزة، إضافة إلى انسحاب القوات الإسرائيلية بشكل تدريجي وكامل وتجميد خطوط القتال، وتشكيل هيئة دولية جديدة برئاسة ترمب ستراقب لجنة إدارة غزة، وعضوية توني بلير، كما تؤكد الخطة على أن السلطة الفلسطينية ستتسلم إدارة غزة بعد إكمال برنامج الإصلاح.
U.S. President Donald Trump announced today (Monday) that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has agreed to the peace proposal to end the war in Gaza, explaining that Hamas's agreement to return the hostages means the end of the war.
Trump said in a press conference with Netanyahu: "We thank the Arab and Islamic countries for their contributions to developing the peace plan," adding: "I am talking about eternal peace in the Middle East." He emphasized by saying: "Ending the Gaza war is a small part of the vision for peace in the Middle East," adding: "We are talking about peace throughout the entire Middle East, not just stopping the war in Gaza."
Timeline for Israel's Withdrawal
He indicated that he discussed with Netanyahu how to end the war in Gaza, noting that there will be a timeline for the gradual Israeli withdrawal from Gaza.
He pointed out that his plan includes disarmament in Gaza and the destruction of tunnels, confirming that all living and deceased hostages will return within 72 hours.
Trump described today as "a historic day for peace," indicating that "the Peace Council, chaired by me and including former British Prime Minister Tony Blair, will be responsible for forming the interim administration for Gaza."
Trump confirmed that he will work with international institutions to support the new interim administration for Gaza, warning Hamas against rejecting the peace plan, saying: "If Hamas rejects the peace plan, Netanyahu will have the right to take any action he deems necessary."
International Body
He added: "Arab and Islamic countries will be responsible for dealing with Hamas," clarifying that the parties will agree on a timeline for the phased withdrawal of Israeli forces from the Gaza Strip.
Trump said: "Our plan ensures disarmament in Gaza and the destruction of tunnels, and we will work with the transitional administration in the sector, and there will be a timeline for the gradual Israeli withdrawal from the sector," adding: "The Palestinians yearn for a better life, and the authority must complete the reforms."
He noted that many countries have recognized a Palestinian state because they are tired of what has been happening for decades.
For his part, the Israeli Prime Minister said: "I support ending the war in Gaza in a way that achieves our goals," adding: "We must ensure that Gaza does not pose a threat to Israel in the future."
He indicated that the Palestinian Authority cannot play a role in Gaza without reforming it, threatening to continue the war if Hamas rejects Trump's plan and linking withdrawal to the disarmament of Hamas.
Details of Trump's Plan
The White House had announced Trump's plan, which included the return of all hostages within 72 hours of Israel's acceptance of the agreement, in addition to ending the war in Gaza immediately following the agreement of Israel and Hamas.
The plan confirmed the opening of dialogue between Israel and the Palestinians to agree on a political horizon for coexistence, emphasizing that Gaza will be a violence-free area and will not pose a threat to its neighbors, and no one will be forced to leave it.
The plan stressed allowing Hamas members to exit Gaza safely, in addition to the gradual and complete withdrawal of Israeli forces and freezing the lines of combat, and forming a new international body chaired by Trump that will oversee the Gaza Management Committee, with Tony Blair as a member. The plan also confirms that the Palestinian Authority will take over the administration of Gaza after completing the reform program.
