أعلنت السلطات الإيرانية إعدام جاسوس إسرائيلي يدعى بهمن تشوبی أصل، اليوم الإثنين، وقالت إن المتهم كان «أحد أهم جواسيس إسرائيل في إيران»، بحسب ما أوردت وكالة «ميزان» للأنباء، التابعة للسلطة القضائية الإيرانية.
وأعدمت طهران العديد من الأفراد الذين تتهمهم بأن لهم صلات بجهاز المخابرات الإسرائيلي (الموساد) وتسهيل عملياته في البلاد.
وأفادت وكالة «ميزان»، كان الهدف الرئيسي للموساد من استقطاب تعاون المتهم هو الحصول على قاعدة بيانات المؤسسات الحكومية واختراق مراكز البيانات الإيرانية، إلى جانب ذلك سعى إلى تحقيق أهداف ثانوية أخرى، منها استكشاف مسار استيراد المعدات الإلكترونية.
وأضافت الوكالة أن المحكمة العليا رفضت استئناف المتهم وأكدت حكم الإعدام بتهمة «الفساد في الأرض».
وتصاعد الصراع الإيراني - الإسرائيلي ليتحول إلى حرب مباشرة في شهر يونيو الماضي عندما قصف سلاح الجو الإسرائيلي أهدافا مختلفة داخل إيران، وهو ما شمل تنفيذ عمليات اعتمدت على نشر قوات خاصة تابعة للموساد في عمق البلاد.
وتزايدت عمليات إعدام الإيرانيين المدانين بالتجسس لصالح إسرائيل بشكل كبير هذا العام، إذ تم تنفيذ ما لا يقل عن 10 أحكام في الأشهر القليلة الماضية.

The Iranian authorities announced the execution of an Israeli spy named Bahman Chobi Asl today, Monday, stating that the accused was "one of the most important Israeli spies in Iran," according to the Iranian judiciary's news agency, "Mizan."
Tehran has executed several individuals whom it accuses of having connections to the Israeli intelligence agency (Mossad) and facilitating its operations in the country.
According to "Mizan," the main objective of the Mossad in recruiting the accused was to obtain a database of government institutions and to penetrate Iranian data centers. In addition, it sought to achieve other secondary goals, including exploring the import route for electronic equipment.
The agency added that the Supreme Court rejected the accused's appeal and upheld the death sentence on charges of "corruption on earth."
The Iranian-Israeli conflict escalated into direct warfare last June when the Israeli Air Force bombed various targets inside Iran, which included operations relying on the deployment of special forces from Mossad deep within the country.
The executions of Iranians convicted of espionage on behalf of Israel have significantly increased this year, with at least 10 sentences carried out in the past few months.
