تتواصل حرب الإبادة الجماعية في غزة، وأعلنت مصادر طبية مقتل 98 مواطنا، بينهم 6 من منتظري المساعدات، خلال الساعات الـ24 الماضية، بنيران القوات الإسرائيلية، في مناطق متفرقة من القطاع المنكوب.
وتوغلت دبابات إسرائيلية في عمق الأحياء السكنية بمدينة غزة، اليوم (الأحد)، وأعلنت السلطات الصحية أنها لم تتمكن من الاستجابة لعشرات من مكالمات الاستغاثة وعبرت عن قلقها إزاء مصير السكان في المناطق المستهدفة.
توغل في قلب المدينة
وأفاد شهود ومسعفون بأن الدبابات الإسرائيلية توغلت بشكل مكثف في أحياء الصبرة وتل الهوا والشيخ رضوان وحي النصر، واقتربت من قلب مدينة غزة والمناطق الغربية، حيث يلجأ مئات الآلاف من السكان.
وأطلق جيش الاحتلال هجومه البري على مدينة غزة في 16 سبتمبر، بعد تكثيف غاراته على وسط المدينة لأسابيع، ما أجبر مئات الفلسطينيين على الفرار لكن الكثيرين لا يزالون فيها.
الحصيلة تتخطى 66 ألف قتيل
وأعلنت مصادر طبية فلسطينية، أن حصيلة حرب التقتيل الإسرائيلية تتخطى 66 ألف قتيل، مع أكثر من 168 ألف مصاب، منذ السابع من أكتوبر 2023. وأفادت بأن عددا من الضحايا لا يزال تحت الركام وفي الطرقات، لا تستطيع طواقم الإسعاف والدفاع المدني الوصول إليهم.
وكان الدفاع المدني الفلسطيني، قال في وقت متأخر من مساء السبت، إن إسرائيل رفضت 73 طلبا أرسلتها منظمات دولية لإنقاذ مصابين فلسطينيين في مدينة غزة.
كارثة في القطاع المنكوب
وتسببت حرب الإبادة في كارثة إنسانية بجميع أنحاء غزة، وأكدت منظمة الصحة العالمية توقف 4 مرافق صحية في مدينة غزة عن العمل هذا الشهر، كما ذكرت الأمم المتحدة أنه تم إغلاق بعض مراكز علاج سوء التغذية.
وحسب تقديرات برنامج الأغذية العالمي، فإن ما بين 35 و40 ألف فلسطيني نزحوا من مدينة غزة منذ الشهر الماضي، لكن مئات الآلاف بقوا هناك.
لكن تقديرات جيش الاحتلال تتحدث عن وجود نحو مليون فلسطيني في مدينة غزة خلال شهر أغسطس، نزح منهم مئات الآلاف خلال الأسابيع الأخيرة.
مقترح لوقف الحرب
وتتزامن الأحداث الميدانية المتسارعة مع الحديث عن مقترح أمريكي لوقف الحرب في غزة، يتضمن 21 بندا، في وقت أعلنت حركة حماس أنها لم تتلق اقتراحا جديدا من الوسطاء، بعد أن قال الرئيس دونالد ترمب (الجمعة) إن اتفاقا بشأن غزة يبدو مرجحا.
ويلتقي ترمب برئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتنياهو في البيت الأبيض، غدا (الإثنين).
من جانبه، أعلن متحدث باسم السفارة الأمريكية في إسرائيل أن السفير مايك هاكابي سيسافر إلى مصر للقاء مسؤولين مصريين في إطار المشاورات الدبلوماسية المنتظمة التي تجريها السفارات الأمريكية في المنطقة.

Israeli tanks have advanced deep into residential neighborhoods in Gaza City today (Sunday), and health authorities announced that they were unable to respond to dozens of emergency calls, expressing concern about the fate of residents in the targeted areas.
Incursion into the Heart of the City
Witnesses and paramedics reported that Israeli tanks have intensively advanced into the neighborhoods of Al-Sabra, Tal Al-Hawa, Sheikh Radwan, and Al-Nasr, approaching the heart of Gaza City and the western areas, where hundreds of thousands of residents are seeking refuge.
The occupation army launched its ground assault on Gaza City on September 16, after intensifying its airstrikes on the city center for weeks, forcing hundreds of Palestinians to flee, but many still remain there.
The Toll Exceeds 66,000 Dead
Palestinian medical sources announced that the toll of the Israeli killing war exceeds 66,000 dead, with more than 168,000 injured, since October 7, 2023. They reported that a number of victims are still under the rubble and in the streets, with rescue and civil defense teams unable to reach them.
The Palestinian civil defense stated late Saturday evening that Israel rejected 73 requests sent by international organizations to rescue injured Palestinians in Gaza City.
Disaster in the Stricken Strip
The genocide war has caused a humanitarian disaster throughout Gaza, and the World Health Organization confirmed that 4 health facilities in Gaza City have ceased operations this month, while the United Nations reported that some malnutrition treatment centers have been closed.
According to estimates from the World Food Programme, between 35,000 and 40,000 Palestinians have been displaced from Gaza City since last month, but hundreds of thousands remain there.
However, estimates from the occupation army indicate that there were about one million Palestinians in Gaza City during August, with hundreds of thousands displaced in recent weeks.
Proposal to Stop the War
The rapidly evolving field events coincide with discussions about a U.S. proposal to stop the war in Gaza, which includes 21 points, while Hamas announced that it has not received a new proposal from mediators, after President Donald Trump stated (on Friday) that an agreement regarding Gaza seems likely.
Trump is scheduled to meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House tomorrow (Monday).
For his part, a spokesperson for the U.S. embassy in Israel announced that Ambassador Mike Huckabee will travel to Egypt to meet with Egyptian officials as part of the regular diplomatic consultations conducted by U.S. embassies in the region.
