أكد رئيس الوزراء وزير الخارجية القطري الشيخ محمد بن عبدالرحمن بن جاسم آل ثاني أن العدوان الإسرائيل لن يؤدي إلا لإجهاض مسار التفاوض، موضحاً أن بلاده لن تتهاون مع أي اختراق للسيادة.
وندد رئيس الوزراء القطري خلال كلمة له أمام وزراء الخارجية، بالصمت الدولي على جرائم إسرائيل قائلاً: «إن ما يشجع إسرائيل على الاستمرار بنهجها، عجز المجتمع الدولي عن محاسبتها»، لافتاً إلى أن الهجوم الإسرائيلي الذي وصفه بـ«المتهور والغادر» ليس اعتداء على موقع، بل على مبدأ الوساطة بحد ذاته، وارتُكب أثناء استضافة قطر مفاوضات بشأن غزة.
اعتداء إرهابي
وأشار رئيس الوزراء القطري إلى أنه لا يمكن توصيف الاعتداء الإسرائيلي على الدوحة إلا كإرهاب دولة، لافتاً إلى أن تمادي إسرائيل بانتهاك القانون الدولي تجلى في الهجوم الهمجي على الدوحة.
وثمن الإجماع الدولي في مجلس الأمن على إدانة إسرائيل ودعم قطر. وشدد بالقول: «ممارسات إسرائيل لن تثنينا عن مواصلة جهودنا مع مصر والولايات المتحدة لوقف الحرب».
وأوضح أن المنطقة لن تنعم بالأمن والسلام دون حصول الشعب الفلسطيني على حقوقه المشروعة، مشدداً: «حان الوقت لتوقف المجتمع الدولي عن الكيل بمعايير مزدوجة».
وأضاف: «يجب عدم السكوت والتهاون أمام هذا العدوان البربري»، مؤكداً أن الاعتداء على سيادة قطر خرق صريح للمواثيق الدولية والأعراف الدبلوماسية والأخلاقية.
وأشار إلى أن رسالة إسرائيل هي أنها لا تلتزم بأي خطوط حمراء.
اجتماع تحضيري
وعقد وزراء الخارجية اجتماعاً تحضيرياً للقمة برئاسة رئيس الوزراء وزير الخارجية القطري الشيخ محمد بن عبدالرحمن بن جاسم آل ثاني وبمشاركة منظمة التعاون الإسلامي، وناقش الاجتماع مشروع بيان بشأن الهجوم الإسرائيلي على دولة قطر (الثلاثاء) الماضي، والذي استهدف مقرات سكنية لعدد من قادة حركة حماس بالدوحة، وتزامن الاجتماع مع بدء قادة الدول المشاركة بالتوافد إلى الدوحة.
The Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani confirmed that the Israeli aggression will only undermine the negotiation process, clarifying that his country will not tolerate any breach of sovereignty.
During a speech before foreign ministers, the Qatari Prime Minister condemned the international silence regarding Israel's crimes, stating: "What encourages Israel to continue its approach is the international community's failure to hold it accountable," noting that the Israeli attack, which he described as "reckless and treacherous," is not an assault on a location, but on the principle of mediation itself, and it was committed while Qatar was hosting negotiations regarding Gaza.
State Terrorism
He pointed out that the Israeli aggression against Doha can only be described as state terrorism, emphasizing that Israel's continued violation of international law was evident in the barbaric attack on Doha.
He praised the international consensus in the Security Council condemning Israel and supporting Qatar. He stressed: "Israel's practices will not deter us from continuing our efforts with Egypt and the United States to stop the war."
He explained that the region will not enjoy security and peace without the Palestinian people obtaining their legitimate rights, asserting: "It is time for the international community to stop applying double standards."
He added: "We must not remain silent or complacent in the face of this barbaric aggression," emphasizing that the attack on Qatar's sovereignty is a blatant violation of international charters and diplomatic and moral norms.
He noted that Israel's message is that it does not adhere to any red lines.Preparatory Meeting
The foreign ministers held a preparatory meeting for the summit, chaired by the Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, with the participation of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. The meeting discussed a draft statement regarding the Israeli attack on the State of Qatar last Tuesday, which targeted residential premises of several Hamas leaders in Doha, coinciding with the arrival of participating state leaders in Doha.
