في خطوة أثارت غضباً لبنانياً واسعاً، نشر المتحدث باسم الجيش الإسرائيلي أفيخاي أدرعي، الخميس، صوراً وفيديوهات توثق جولة ميدانية أجراها في جنوب لبنان، تحديداً أمام قرية الخيام الحدودية، داخل أراضٍ لبنان المحتلة.
ووصف أدرعي الجولة بأنها «العين حين ترى الواقع كما هو»، مشدداً على «التغييرات الأمنية بعد عملية سهام الشمال»، ومؤكداً أن إسرائيل «لن تسمح بنمو التهديدات الإرهابية على حدودها».
وشملت جولة المتحدث باسم جيش الاحتلال تفقد مواقع وصفها بـ«دفاعية أمامية»، ومناقشات مع قادة عسكريين حول «مفهوم العمل الإستراتيجي»، مع إشارات واضحة إلى تفكيك بنى حزب الله.
الحكومة اللبنانية ترد
من جهته رد رئيس الحكومة اللبنانية نواف سلام فوراً، في تغريدة على منصة «إكس» معتبراً الجولة «سلوكاً عدوانياً استفزازياً يؤكد إصرار إسرائيل على تقويض الاستقرار في الجنوب»، وأكد سلام أن لبنان «التزم بتطبيق القرارات الدولية وبسط سلطة الدولة عبر القوات المسلحة»، مشيراً إلى إعلان وقف العمليات العدائية في نوفمبر الماضي.
وأضاف رئيس الحكومة اللبنانية أن «هذا التصرف يخالف اتفاق الترتيبات الأمنية، ويُعد اعتداءً صارخاً على السيادة اللبنانية» حيث جاءت تلك الإدانة بعد ساعات قليلة من نشر أدرعي للصور، التي أظهرت المناطق الحدودية الخيام وكفر كلا والعديسة، حيث يُزعم أنها «حوّلها حزب الله إلى مناطق عسكرية».
جدل واسع على وسائل التواصل
وأثار الحدث جدلاً واسعاً على وسائل التواصل، حيث وصف نشطاء لبنانيون أدرعي بـ«الخنفسة الاستفزازية»، معتبرين الجولة محاولة للضغط على حكومة سلام لتسريع حصر السلاح بيد الدولة، وذلك بعد أسابيع من الغارات الإسرائيلية على أهداف لحزب الله في النبطية والجبين، مما أسفر عن قتل عناصر وتدمير مواقع.
من جانبه، أكد الجيش اللبناني في بيان أن قواته مستمرة في نشرها جنوباً، ودعا إلى «التزام دولي بالقرار 1701» أما اليونيفيل، فقد حذرت من «تصعيد قد يؤدي إلى مواجهات»، مشيرة إلى حوادث سابقة بين قواتها وقوات إسرائيلية.
In a move that sparked widespread Lebanese anger, Israeli army spokesperson Avichai Adraee published photos and videos on Thursday documenting a field tour he conducted in southern Lebanon, specifically in front of the border village of Khyam, within the occupied Lebanese territories.
Adraee described the tour as "the eye when it sees reality as it is," emphasizing "the security changes following the Northern Shield operation," and confirming that Israel "will not allow the growth of terrorist threats on its borders."
The spokesperson's tour included inspecting sites he described as "frontline defensive," and discussions with military leaders about the "concept of strategic action," with clear indications of dismantling Hezbollah's structures.
The Lebanese Government Responds
For his part, Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam immediately responded in a tweet on the "X" platform, considering the tour "an aggressive provocative act that confirms Israel's insistence on undermining stability in the south." Salam affirmed that Lebanon "is committed to implementing international resolutions and asserting state authority through the armed forces," referring to the announcement of a cessation of hostilities last November.
The Lebanese Prime Minister added that "this behavior violates the security arrangements agreement and constitutes a blatant assault on Lebanese sovereignty," as this condemnation came just hours after Adraee published the photos, which showed the border areas of Khyam, Kafr Kila, and Adaisseh, where it is claimed that Hezbollah has "turned them into military zones."
Widespread Controversy on Social Media
The event sparked widespread controversy on social media, where Lebanese activists described Adraee as "the provocative beetle," considering the tour an attempt to pressure Salam's government to expedite the restriction of weapons to the state, following weeks of Israeli airstrikes on Hezbollah targets in Nabatiyeh and Al-Jabain, resulting in the killing of elements and the destruction of sites.
For its part, the Lebanese army confirmed in a statement that its forces continue to deploy in the south, calling for "international commitment to Resolution 1701." Meanwhile, UNIFIL warned of "escalation that could lead to confrontations," referring to previous incidents between its forces and Israeli forces.
