فيما اتهمت أوكرانيا، اليوم (الإثنين)، روسيا بمهاجمة محطة لتوليد الكهرباء عبر الطاقة الحرارية في منطقة كييف، أكد وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرغي لافروف أن بلاده مستعدة للحوار مع الجميع.
تصريحات لافروف
وقال لافروف خلال كلمة أمام طلاب وأعضاء هيئة التدريس في معهد موسكو الحكومي للعلاقات الدولية إن الحوار يجب أن يكون متكافئاً، نافياً سعي بلاده إلى الانتقام.
وأكد وزير الخارجية الروسي أن بلاده تريد تعاوناً متساوياً مع الولايات المتحدة، مشيراً إلى إمكانية التعاون في مجالات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وإنتاج الغاز الطبيعي المسال، والقطب الشمالي، والفضاء، وهو ما يتطلب -بحسب قوله- تعزيز الثقة المتبادلة.
وفيما يتعلق بالأزمة الأوكرانية، أشار لافروف إلى أن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب يدرك ضرورة إيجاد حل يراعي المصالح القومية لجميع أطراف النزاع.
موقف الكرملين
من جهته، قال المتحدث باسم الكرملين دميتري بيسكوف إن كييف وأوروبا تبذلان كل ما في وسعهما لإقناع واشنطن بفرض عقوبات جديدة على موسكو، موضحاً أن بلاده تأخذ بعين الاعتبار تصريحات بعض المسؤولين الأمريكيين حول العقوبات ضد روسيا.
وأشار إلى أن العقوبات الغربية أثبتت عدم جدواها ولن تجبر روسيا على تغيير موقفها الثابت.
قصف الطاقة في كييف
على الجانب الآخر، ذكرت وزارة الطاقة الأوكرانية أن القوات الروسية استهدفت منشأة لتوليد الكهرباء في منطقة كييف، مبينة أن الهدف إيقاع المزيد من المعاناة بالسكان، وحرمان المنازل والمستشفيات ورياض الأطفال والمدارس من الكهرباء والتدفئة.
بدوره، أكد منسق مجموعات العمل الموالية لروسيا في مقاطعة نيكولاييف، سيرغي ليبيديف أن القوات الروسية قصفت محطة تريبولسكايا الحرارية، وهي من أقوى محطات الطاقة في المنطقة، مما أدى إلى انقطاع واسع للتيار الكهربائي في كييف ومحيطها.

Ukraine accused Russia today (Monday) of attacking a thermal power plant in the Kyiv region, while Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov confirmed that his country is ready for dialogue with everyone.
Lavrov's Statements
Lavrov stated during a speech to students and faculty members at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations that dialogue must be equitable, denying that his country seeks revenge.
The Russian Foreign Minister emphasized that his country wants equal cooperation with the United States, pointing to the possibility of collaboration in areas such as artificial intelligence, liquefied natural gas production, the Arctic, and space, which, according to him, requires strengthening mutual trust.
Regarding the Ukrainian crisis, Lavrov indicated that U.S. President Donald Trump recognizes the need to find a solution that takes into account the national interests of all parties involved in the conflict.
Kremlin's Position
For his part, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that Kyiv and Europe are doing everything they can to persuade Washington to impose new sanctions on Moscow, explaining that his country takes into account the statements of some American officials regarding sanctions against Russia.
He noted that Western sanctions have proven ineffective and will not force Russia to change its firm position.
Energy Bombing in Kyiv
On the other hand, the Ukrainian Ministry of Energy reported that Russian forces targeted a power generation facility in the Kyiv region, indicating that the aim is to inflict more suffering on the population and deprive homes, hospitals, kindergartens, and schools of electricity and heating.
For his part, the coordinator of pro-Russian working groups in Mykolaiv Oblast, Sergey Lebedev, confirmed that Russian forces bombed the Tripolskaya thermal power plant, one of the strongest power plants in the region, leading to widespread power outages in Kyiv and its surroundings.
