جدد وزير الخارجية الروسي سيرغي لافروف التأكيد على شروط بلاده لوقف الحرب وتحقيق السلام مع أوكرانيا.
وشدد لافروف في مقابلة مع شبكة «إن.بي.سي نيوز» أمس الأحد، على أن الضمانات الأمنية المقدمة إلى أوكرانيا من قبل الدول الغربية يجب أن تشارك فيها بلاده.
وقال إن الرئيسين الروسيي فلاديمير بوتين والأمريكي دونالد ترمب ناقشا مسألة الضمانات الأمنية، مضيفا أن أمن أوكرانيا يجب أن تضمنه مجموعة تضم الدول الأعضاء في مجلس الأمن الدولي. وأوضح أن المجموعة يمكن أن تضم أيضا ألمانيا وتركيا ودولا أخرى.
ولفت إلى أن الدول الضامنة ستتكفل بأمن أوكرانيا التي يجب أن تكون محايدة، وغير منحازة لأي تكتل عسكري وغير نووية، مشددا على أن عضوية أوكرانيا في حلف شمال الأطلسي«الناتو» غير مقبولة بالنسبة لبلاده.
وكشف لافروف عن شرط آخر تتمسك به بلاده، ويتمثل في «حماية الناطقين بالروسية في الشرق الأوكراني»، ما يعني ضرورة إجراء نقاش حول الأراضي.
وكان نائب الرئيس الأمريكي جيه دي فانس أعلن مساء أمس أن روسيا ستشارك في محادثات الضمانات الأمنية، لافتا إلى أنها قدمت تنازلات مهمة بشأن كييف.
وكشفت مصادر رفيعة المستوى الأسبوع الماضي أن بوتين يطالب أوكرانيا بالتنازل عن منطقة دونباس بالكامل والتخلي عن طموحاتها في الانضمام إلى حلف شمال الأطلسي والبقاء على الحياد وعدم إدخال قوات غربية إلى أراضيه.

In an interview with NBC News yesterday, Sunday, Lavrov emphasized that the security guarantees provided to Ukraine by Western countries must include his country.
He stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin and American President Donald Trump discussed the issue of security guarantees, adding that Ukraine's security should be ensured by a group that includes the member states of the United Nations Security Council. He clarified that the group could also include Germany, Turkey, and other countries.
He pointed out that the guarantor countries would be responsible for Ukraine's security, which should be neutral, non-aligned with any military bloc, and non-nuclear, stressing that Ukraine's membership in NATO is unacceptable for his country.
Lavrov revealed another condition that his country insists on, which is "protecting Russian speakers in eastern Ukraine," meaning that there needs to be a discussion about the territories.
U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance announced last night that Russia would participate in security guarantee talks, noting that it had made significant concessions regarding Kyiv.
