أكد الرئيس المصري عبدالفتاح السيسي، اليوم (الأربعاء)، أن التدمير الحالي في غزة غير مسبوق، وأن الدولة المصرية تواصل العمل من أجل وقف الحرب وإيصال المساعدات الإنسانية، والتعاون لإطلاق سراح الرهائن والأسرى، رغم حملات التشويه والتضليل التي تستهدف دور مصر المحوري.
وحذّر السيسي، خلال زيارة تفقدية إلى الأكاديمية العسكرية المصرية، من محاولات بث الفُرقة بين الشعوب العربية عبر وسائل الإعلام، مؤكداً على قوة العلاقات المصرية مع الدول العربية الشقيقة، وضرورة تجاوز الخلافات من أجل وحدة الصف العربي.
وشدد الرئيس المصري على أن الأمن العربي وحدة متكاملة ترتبط به مصر ارتباطاً وثيقاً. وأكد السيسي أن المنطقة العربية تمر بظروف استثنائية منذ عام 2011، وليس فقط منذ أحداث 7 أكتوبر 2023، مما يؤكد صحة السياسات المصرية المرتكزة على التوازن وعدم التدخل واحترام سيادة الدول.
ولفت الرئيس المصري إلى أن الظروف الجيوسياسية، ومنها الحرب في قطاع غزة، أثرت سلباً على عائدات قناة السويس، إلا أن مسار الإصلاح الاقتصادي مستمر، داعياً الشعب المصري إلى مواصلة التضامن والتكاتف لتخطي الصعوبات وتحقيق التنمية المنشودة.
وفيما يخص الوضع في قطاع غزة، أشار السيسي إلى أن مصر بذلت جهوداً كبيرة منذ عام 2007 لتجنب التصعيد، مدركة أن الشعب الفلسطيني سيدفع الثمن في أي مواجهة.
وفي حديثه عن الوضع الداخلي، شدد السيسي على أن مصر تنعم باستقرار داخلي، مؤكداً أن سياسة الدولة القائمة على الصراحة والمصداقية أثبتت صحتها خلال السنوات العشر الماضية.
وأشار إلى أن مصر واجهت تحديات أمنية جسيمة منذ أكثر من عقد، إلا أن الدولة استطاعت تجاوزها وما زالت تحقق تقدماً ملموساً رغم صعوبة الأوضاع الإقليمية.
وأبدى الرئيس المصري اهتماماً بالغاً بالتقدم العلمي، موضحاً أن مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ليست شراً في حد ذاتها، وإنما يكمن الأثر في كيفية استخدامها، فهي أداة نافعة إذا أُحسن توظيفها، لكنها قد تُستخدم لترويج الشائعات وهدم المعنويات، وهو ما يواجهه الشعب المصري بوعي وإدراك متزايد.
وأكد السيسي لطلبة الاكاديمية العسكرية المصرية أن الأكاديمية لم تعد مصنعاً للرجال فحسب، بل أصبحت منارة لإعداد الرجال والسيدات، وبناء الشخصية المصرية المتزنة القادرة على مواجهة تحديات العصر في مختلف مؤسسات الدولة، مشيداً بالدورات التي تقدمها الأكاديمية للكوادر المدنية وأهمية برامجها التدريبية والتعليمية في شتى التخصصات.
The Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi confirmed today (Wednesday) that the current destruction in Gaza is unprecedented, and that the Egyptian state continues to work towards stopping the war, delivering humanitarian aid, and cooperating to release hostages and prisoners, despite the smear campaigns and disinformation targeting Egypt's pivotal role.
During a visit to the Egyptian Military Academy, El-Sisi warned against attempts to sow discord among Arab peoples through the media, emphasizing the strength of Egyptian relations with sister Arab countries and the necessity of overcoming differences for the sake of Arab unity.
The Egyptian President stressed that Arab security is an integrated unit closely linked to Egypt. El-Sisi affirmed that the Arab region has been experiencing exceptional circumstances since 2011, not just since the events of October 7, 2023, which confirms the validity of Egyptian policies based on balance, non-intervention, and respect for the sovereignty of states.
He pointed out that geopolitical conditions, including the war in the Gaza Strip, have negatively impacted the revenues of the Suez Canal, yet the path of economic reform continues, calling on the Egyptian people to maintain solidarity and cooperation to overcome difficulties and achieve the desired development.
Regarding the situation in the Gaza Strip, El-Sisi noted that Egypt has made significant efforts since 2007 to avoid escalation, realizing that the Palestinian people will pay the price in any confrontation.
In discussing the internal situation, El-Sisi emphasized that Egypt enjoys internal stability, asserting that the state's policy based on transparency and credibility has proven its validity over the past ten years.
He mentioned that Egypt has faced serious security challenges for more than a decade, yet the state has managed to overcome them and continues to make tangible progress despite the difficult regional conditions.
The Egyptian President expressed great interest in scientific advancement, clarifying that social media is not inherently evil; rather, the impact lies in how it is used. It is a useful tool if utilized properly, but it can also be used to spread rumors and undermine morale, which the Egyptian people are facing with increasing awareness and understanding.
El-Sisi assured the students of the Egyptian Military Academy that the academy is no longer just a factory for men, but has become a beacon for preparing both men and women, and for building a balanced Egyptian character capable of facing the challenges of the era in various state institutions, praising the courses offered by the academy for civilian cadres and the importance of its training and educational programs in various specialties.
