حذرت الاستخبارات الخارجية الروسية من هجوم وشيك، رجحت أن تشنه دول حلف شمال الأطلسي (الناتو) على ما يعرف بـ«أسطول الظل» الروسي. وكشفت في تقرير لها، اليوم (الإثنين)، أن أجهزة الاستخبارات البريطانية تخطط لدفع الحلفاء في حلف الناتو نحو شن غارة جماعية على ما يعرف بـ«أسطول الظل».
ويقصد بأسطول الظل مجموعة من السفن التجارية يعتقد أن روسيا تديرها لصالحها بهدف الالتفاف على العقوبات الدولية، خصوصاً المتعلقة بصادرات النفط.
وحسب الاستخبارات الروسية، فإن بريطانيا تخطط لاختيار توقيت الهجوم بحيث تستخدم تأثيره الإعلامي للضغط على إدارة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب، بهدف إجبار واشنطن على فرض عقوبات ثانوية على مشتري موارد الطاقة الروسية. ولفتت إلى أن لندن تعتزم تكليف القوات الأوكرانية بتنفيذ هجمات إرهابية ضد ناقلات النفط الروسية.
وفرضت بريطانيا في شهر يوليو الماضي عقوبات على 135 ناقلة نفط تابعة لأسطول الظل الروسي، في محاولة لعرقلة تدفق الأموال التي تساعد موسكو في تمويل الحرب في أوكرانيا.
وأعلنت وزارة الخارجية البريطانية في بيان، أن عقوبات فُرضت على شركة لخدمات الشحن وشركة لتجارة النفط في إطار الحملة على أسطول مسؤول عن نقل بضائع بقيمة 24 مليار دولار بطرق مخالفة منذ بداية عام 2024.
ويعتقد خبراء أمنيون أن روسيا تستخدم أسطولاً من السفن القديمة للالتفاف على العقوبات الدولية التي تمنعها من بيع النفط.
وسبق أن فرض الاتحاد الأوروبي والمملكة المتحدة عقوبات على مئات السفن منذ أن أمر الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين بشن عملية عسكرية في أوكرانيا في 2022.
وتوقع وزير الخارجية البريطاني ديفيد لامي، أن تؤدي العقوبات الجديدة إلى تفكيك أسطول الظل الذي يستخدمه بوتين بدرجة أكبر واستنزاف إيرادات النفط المهمة لتمويل خزنة الحرب الروسية.

The Russian foreign intelligence has warned of an imminent attack, which it believes will be launched by NATO countries against what is known as the "Shadow Fleet" of Russia. In a report released today (Monday), it revealed that British intelligence plans to push NATO allies towards launching a collective raid on what is referred to as the "Shadow Fleet".
The "Shadow Fleet" refers to a group of commercial ships that are believed to be operated by Russia for its benefit in order to circumvent international sanctions, particularly those related to oil exports.
According to Russian intelligence, Britain plans to time the attack in such a way that it can use its media impact to pressure the administration of President Donald Trump, aiming to force Washington to impose secondary sanctions on buyers of Russian energy resources. It noted that London intends to commission Ukrainian forces to carry out terrorist attacks against Russian oil tankers.
In July, Britain imposed sanctions on 135 oil tankers belonging to the Russian Shadow Fleet, in an attempt to disrupt the flow of funds that help Moscow finance the war in Ukraine.
The British Foreign Office announced in a statement that sanctions were imposed on a shipping services company and an oil trading company as part of the campaign against a fleet responsible for transporting goods worth $24 billion in violation of regulations since the beginning of 2024.
Security experts believe that Russia is using a fleet of old ships to circumvent international sanctions that prevent it from selling oil.
The European Union and the United Kingdom have previously imposed sanctions on hundreds of ships since Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered a military operation in Ukraine in 2022.
British Foreign Secretary David Lammy predicted that the new sanctions would lead to the dismantling of the Shadow Fleet that Putin uses to a greater extent and deplete the important oil revenues needed to fund the Russian war chest.
