في تطور أمني بارز، أعلنت السلطات التركية، اليوم (الإثنين)، 21 يوليو 2025، توقيف المصري محمد عبدالحفيظ، زعيم حركة «حسم» الإرهابية التابعة لتنظيم الإخوان المسلمين، في مطار إسطنبول الدولي، أثناء عودته من رحلة خارجية.
ووفقاً لمصادر أمنية، تم إبلاغ «عبدالحفيظ» بمنعه من دخول الأراضي التركية، مع تهديده بالترحيل الفوري إلى مصر، إذ تطالب السلطات المصرية بتسليمه بسبب تورطه في قضايا إرهابية خطيرة.
محمد عبدالحفيظ، أحد أبرز قيادات حركة «حسم»، التي تُصنفها الحكومة المصرية جماعة إرهابية، ويُعدّ من العناصر البارزة في تنظيم الإخوان المسلمين، وهو مطلوب للسلطات المصرية في عدة قضايا جنائية.
وتشمل الأحكام الصادرة بحقه السجن المؤبد في القضية رقم 64/2016 جنايات عسكرية شمال القاهرة بتهمة محاولة استهداف شخصيات عامة بارزة، والسجن المؤبد في القضية رقم 120/2022 جنايات عسكرية شرق القاهرة بتهمة التخطيط لاستهداف الطائرة الرئاسية المصرية واغتيال المقدم ماجد عبدالرازق.
كما أشارت تقارير إلى أن «عبدالحفيظ» تلقى تدريبات عسكرية متقدمة خارج مصر، مما جعله عنصراً خطيراً يشرف على عمليات التجنيد والتخطيط للخلايا الإرهابية.
ووفقاً لتقارير تركية ومصرية، تم توقيف محمد عبدالحفيظ فور وصوله إلى مطار إسطنبول، حيث تم إبلاغه بقرار منعه من الدخول إلى تركيا بناءً على معلومات أمنية تم تبادلها بين السلطات المصرية والتركية.
وأثارت زوجة «عبدالحفيظ»، عبر منشور على موقع «فيسبوك»، مخاوفها من احتمال تسليمه إلى مصر، حيث يواجه أحكاماً قضائية نهائية.
وتُعد هذه الخطوة جزءاً من التعاون الأمني المتزايد بين القاهرة وأنقرة في مكافحة الإرهاب، خصوصاً بعد تحسن العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين البلدين في السنوات الأخيرة.
ويأتي توقيف «عبدالحفيظ» بعد يوم من إعلان وزارة الداخلية المصرية، أمس (الأحد)، 20 يوليو 2025، توجيه ضربة قوية لحركة «حسم»، التي تُعتبر الجناح المسلح لجماعة الإخوان.
وكشفت الوزارة أن قيادات الحركة، بمن فيهم «عبدالحفيظ»، خططوا لتنفيذ عمليات تخريبية تستهدف منشآت أمنية واقتصادية في مصر.
وأوضحت أن أحد عناصر الحركة، الذي تلقى تدريبات عسكرية في إحدى الدول الحدودية، حاول التسلل إلى مصر بطريقة غير شرعية لتنفيذ هذه المخططات، لكن تم رصده وإحباط خططه.
تأسست حركة «حسم» عام 2016 كجناح مسلح لجماعة الإخوان المسلمين، ونفذت عدة عمليات إرهابية استهدفت ضباطاً ومسؤولين مصريين، إضافة إلى محاولات لزعزعة الاستقرار الأمني والاقتصادي في مصر.
In a significant security development, Turkish authorities announced today (Monday), July 21, 2025, the arrest of Egyptian Mohamed Abdel Hafiz, the leader of the terrorist movement "Hasm," affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, at Istanbul International Airport while returning from an overseas trip.
According to security sources, Abdel Hafiz was informed of his ban from entering Turkish territory, with a threat of immediate deportation to Egypt, as Egyptian authorities are demanding his extradition due to his involvement in serious terrorist cases.
Mohamed Abdel Hafiz is one of the prominent leaders of the "Hasm" movement, which the Egyptian government classifies as a terrorist group, and he is considered a key figure in the Muslim Brotherhood. He is wanted by Egyptian authorities in several criminal cases.
The sentences issued against him include life imprisonment in case No. 64/2016, military felonies in North Cairo, for attempting to target prominent public figures, and life imprisonment in case No. 120/2022, military felonies in East Cairo, for planning to target the Egyptian presidential plane and assassinate Major Magid Abdel Razek.
Reports also indicated that Abdel Hafiz received advanced military training outside Egypt, making him a dangerous element overseeing recruitment operations and planning for terrorist cells.
According to Turkish and Egyptian reports, Mohamed Abdel Hafiz was arrested immediately upon his arrival at Istanbul Airport, where he was informed of the decision to deny him entry to Turkey based on security information exchanged between Egyptian and Turkish authorities.
Abdel Hafiz's wife expressed her concerns about the possibility of his extradition to Egypt through a post on Facebook, where he faces final judicial sentences.
This step is part of the increasing security cooperation between Cairo and Ankara in combating terrorism, especially following the improvement of diplomatic relations between the two countries in recent years.
The arrest of Abdel Hafiz comes a day after the Egyptian Ministry of Interior announced yesterday (Sunday), July 20, 2025, a strong blow to the "Hasm" movement, which is considered the armed wing of the Brotherhood.
The ministry revealed that the movement's leaders, including Abdel Hafiz, planned to carry out sabotage operations targeting security and economic facilities in Egypt.
It clarified that one of the movement's elements, who received military training in one of the neighboring countries, attempted to infiltrate Egypt illegally to execute these plans, but was detected and his plans were thwarted.
The "Hasm" movement was established in 2016 as the armed wing of the Muslim Brotherhood and has carried out several terrorist operations targeting Egyptian officers and officials, in addition to attempts to destabilize security and economic stability in Egypt.
