أكد المرصد الإعلامي لمنظمة التعاون الإسلامي لجرائم إسرائيل ضد الفلسطينيين أن حالات اعتقال الفلسطينيين في الضفة الغربية والقدس المحتلة من 7 أكتوبر 2023 وحتى نهاية يونيو 2025 بلغ 23,285 حالة، بزيادة تصل إلى 200 معتقل أكثر من معدل حالات الاعتقال الشهرية قبل 7 أكتوبر 2023.
وأفاد المرصد أن شهر يونيو المنصرم تصدّر مستوى حالات الاعتقال على مدى عامي 2024 و2025، إذ بلغت حالات الاعتقال 1,244 حالة، فيما يمكن اعتباره زيادة بالضعف تقريباً مقارنة بالأشهر الماضية، حين راوح معدل الاعتقالات بين 600 و900 حالة اعتقال لكل شهر.
وبلغ العدد الإجمالي لمعتقلي الضفة الغربية والقدس المحتلة 10,500 معتقل، إضافة إلى أكثر من 2,000 معتقل من قطاع غزة من دون الأخذ في الاعتبار مئات حالات الإخفاء القسري والمفقودين وفلسطينيين لم يتم التعرف على مصيرهم حتى اللحظة في قطاع غزة، فيما أعلنت وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية أن الأيام القليلة الماضية، وثقت وفاة 223 فلسطينياً بعد العثور على رفاتهم وثبوت بياناتهم الشخصية.
وبحسب المرصد بلغ عدد الأسرى الذين قضوا في سجون الاحتلال الإسرائيلي 73 أسيراً، مؤكداً أن غالبيتهم قد تعرض للإهمال الطبي والتعذيب ضمن سياسة إسرائيلية معلنة ومدعومة من قبل الأوساط العسكرية والسياسية الإسرائيلية، فيما كان العدد الإجمالي لمن فارقوا الحياة من الأسرى هو 310 منذ عام 1967م. ويؤكد وفاة نحو ربع الفلسطينيين بسبب التعذيب في السجون الإسرائيلية في السنتين الأخيرتين من مجموع ما يقارب الستين عاماً، على أن هناك تغيراً واضحاً وسلبياً في السلوك الإسرائيلي والجرائم الخطيرة التي تقترفها حكومة الاحتلال بداية من جرائم الإبادة الجماعية، والتطهير العرقي، والتهجير القسري إلى التعذيب في السجون وحرمان المعتقلين من أبسط حقوقهم.
وأرجع التقرير ارتفاع نسبة الاعتقالات في محافظات الخليل ونابلس ورام الله إلى ارتفاع الكثافة السكانية في تلك المناطق والمواجهات التي تحصل بين الفلسطينيين وقوات الاحتلال جراء زيادة النشاط الاستيطاني هناك وما يخلفه من اعتداءات للمستوطنين على القرويين والمزارعين.
The media observatory of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation confirmed that the number of Palestinians arrested in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem from October 7, 2023, until the end of June 2025 reached 23,285 cases, an increase of up to 200 detainees more than the monthly average of arrests before October 7, 2023.
The observatory reported that the month of June was the highest level of arrests over the years 2024 and 2025, with 1,244 arrests, which can be considered almost a doubling compared to previous months, when the average number of arrests ranged between 600 and 900 cases per month.
The total number of detainees from the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem reached 10,500, in addition to more than 2,000 detainees from the Gaza Strip, not including hundreds of cases of enforced disappearance and missing persons, as well as Palestinians whose fate remains unknown to this moment in the Gaza Strip. Meanwhile, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that in the past few days, it documented the deaths of 223 Palestinians after their remains were found and their personal data confirmed.
According to the observatory, the number of prisoners who died in Israeli occupation prisons reached 73, confirming that the majority of them were subjected to medical neglect and torture under a declared Israeli policy supported by military and political circles in Israel. The total number of prisoners who have died since 1967 is 310. This confirms that about a quarter of Palestinians died due to torture in Israeli prisons in the last two years out of nearly sixty years, indicating a clear and negative change in Israeli behavior and the serious crimes committed by the occupying government, ranging from genocide, ethnic cleansing, and forced displacement to torture in prisons and depriving detainees of their most basic rights.
The report attributed the rise in the number of arrests in the provinces of Hebron, Nablus, and Ramallah to the high population density in those areas and the confrontations that occur between Palestinians and occupation forces due to increased settlement activity there and the resulting assaults by settlers on villagers and farmers.
