تبادلت أوكرانيا وروسيا الاتهامات اليوم (الخميس) حول الهجمات التي تعرضت لها مدن وقرى في البلدين خلال الساعات الماضية.
واتهمت السلطات الأوكرانية اليوم روسيا بشن غارات جوية أدت إلى مقتل شخص وإصابة آخرَين في منطقة خيرسون جنوب البلاد، وبحسب حاكم منطقة أوليكساندر بروكودين فإن الغارة استهدفت قرية تافريسكي.
وأفادت الإدارة العسكرية الإقليمية بأن قنابل موجّهة أصابت مبنى سكنياً أُصيب خلالها شخص كان موجوداً في شقته، كما أسفرت الغارات في منطقة كورابيلني عن إصابة امرأة في السبعينات من العمر.
بالمقابل، قالت وزارة الدفاع الروسية في بيان اليوم إن منظومات الدفاع الجوي التابعة لها أسقطت خلال الليل 50 طائرة مسيرة أوكرانية فوق عدة مناطق في البلاد، مبينة أنه تم تدمير 23 منها فوق أراضي مقاطعة كورسك، و11 فوق أراضي مقاطعة روستوف، و6 فوق أراضي مقاطعة بريانسك، و3 فوق أراضي مقاطعة بيلغورود، و3 فوق أراضي مقاطعة موسكو، إضافة لطائرتين مسيرتين فوق أراضي القرم، وطائرة مسيرة واحدة فوق كل من أراضي موردوفيا ومقاطعة كالوغا.
وكان الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي قد وقع أمس مع الأمين العام لمجلس أوروبا المعني بحقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية وسيادة القانون آلان بيرسيه بمقر المجلس في مدينة ستراسبورغ الفرنسية اتفاقية لإنشاء محكمة خاصة بمحاكمة كبار المسؤولين عن الحرب في بلاده، مؤكداً أن هذه خطوة بالغة الأهمية، ويجب أن يعرف كل مجرم حرب أن العدالة ستتحقق.
وقال زيلينسكي إن هذه الخطوة تعزز العمل القانوني بطريقة جادة، مؤكداً أن الطريق طويل وبحاجة إلى تعاون سياسي وقانوني وثيق للتأكد من أن كل مجرم حرب سيواجه العدالة.
Ukraine and Russia exchanged accusations today (Thursday) regarding the attacks that targeted cities and villages in both countries over the past hours.
The Ukrainian authorities accused Russia today of launching airstrikes that resulted in the death of one person and the injury of two others in the Kherson region in the south of the country. According to the governor of the region, Oleksandr Prokudin, the strike targeted the village of Tavriysky.
The regional military administration reported that guided bombs hit a residential building, injuring a person who was in their apartment. Additionally, the airstrikes in the Korabelny area resulted in the injury of a woman in her seventies.
In contrast, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated in a statement today that its air defense systems shot down 50 Ukrainian drones overnight over several regions in the country, indicating that 23 of them were destroyed over the territory of Kursk Oblast, 11 over the territory of Rostov Oblast, 6 over the territory of Bryansk Oblast, 3 over the territory of Belgorod Oblast, and 3 over the territory of Moscow Oblast, in addition to two drones over the territory of Crimea, and one drone over each of the territories of Mordovia and Kaluga Oblast.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed an agreement yesterday with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe responsible for human rights, democracy, and the rule of law, Alain Péricard, at the Council's headquarters in Strasbourg, France, to establish a special court to prosecute senior officials responsible for the war in his country, emphasizing that this is a critically important step, and every war criminal must know that justice will be served.
Zelensky stated that this step seriously enhances legal action, affirming that the road is long and requires close political and legal cooperation to ensure that every war criminal will face justice.
