في تطور يُسدل الستار على واحدة من القضايا الجنائية المثيرة للجدل في مصر خلال السنوات الأخيرة، نُفذ حكم الإعدام بحق نورهان خليل، المعروفة إعلامياً بـ«فتاة بورسعيد» أو «قاتلة والدتها»، بعد استنفاد جميع مراحل التقاضي وتأييد الحكم من محكمة النقض.
وأكّدت مصادر قانونية، من بينها محامية المتهمة، تنفيذ حكم الإعدام داخل سجن الأبعادية، مع اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية الخاصة باستخراج تصريح الدفن وتسليم الجثمان إلى أسرتها.
وجاء تنفيذ الحكم بعد أن أصبح نهائياً إثر رفض الطعن المقدم أمام محكمة النقض، أعلى جهة قضائية للنظر في الأحكام الجنائية.
وتعود وقائع القضية إلى محافظة بورسعيد، حيث كشفت التحقيقات عن مقتل السيدة داليا الحوشي داخل منزلها، في 14 ديسمبر 2022، في جريمة أثارت صدمة واسعة للرأي العام المصري بسبب طبيعة العلاقة الأسرية بين الجانية والضحية، وما تضمنته التحقيقات من تفاصيل دفعت القضية إلى صدارة الاهتمام الإعلامي والقانوني لسنوات.
وكشفت التحقيقات عن اتهام ابنة المجني عليها نورهان خليل، الطالبة بكلية الآداب بجامعة بور سعيد، بالاشتراك مع جارها، وهو طفل لم يتجاوز الخامسة عشرة وقت الجريمة، بقتل والدتها عمداً مع سبق الإصرار.
وأحالت النيابة العامة المتهمة إلى محكمة الجنايات بتهمة القتل العمد مع سبق الإصرار، وبعد سلسلة من الجلسات والمرافعات أصدرت المحكمة في فبراير 2023 حكمها بالإعدام شنقاً عقب ورود الرأي الشرعي من مفتي الجمهورية، وفي 18 مايو 2025 أيدت محكمة النقض الحكم ليصبح واجب النفاذ وفقاً للقانون المصري.
وشهدت الأشهر الماضية محاولات قانونية لإيقاف تنفيذ الحكم؛ من بينها دعاوى وطلبات قانونية استندت إلى مستجدات تشريعية وإجراءات صلح بين بعض الورثة، إلا أن تلك المساعي لم تنجح في تغيير الوضع القانوني للحكم الصادر بحق المتهمة.
وتداولت وسائل إعلام محلية، خلال الساعات الأخيرة، تفاصيل الزيارة الأخيرة التي جمعت نورهان خليل بأفراد أسرتها داخل محبسها قبل أيام من تنفيذ الحكم، حيث زارها والدها وعدد من أقاربها في لقاء وصفته المصادر بأنه اتسم بأجواء إنسانية مؤثرة وحالة من الترقب لآخر التطورات القانونية المحتملة.
وتُعد القضية من أبرز القضايا الجنائية التي شغلت الرأي العام في مصر خلال الأعوام الماضية، نظراً لملابساتها الأسرية وما صاحبها من اهتمام إعلامي واسع ومتابعة مستمرة لمسارها القضائي حتى الوصول إلى الحكم النهائي وتنفيذه.
بدأت القضية بعد العثور على المجني عليها مقتولة داخل منزلها بمحافظة بورسعيد، لتكشف التحقيقات لاحقاً عن اتهام ابنتها نورهان خليل بالتورط في الجريمة، وأحيلت القضية إلى محكمة الجنايات التي أصدرت حكمها بالإعدام، قبل أن يتم تأييد الحكم في جميع مراحل التقاضي اللاحقة وصولاً إلى تنفيذه في يونيو 2026، منهية بذلك فصلاً قضائياً استمر عدة سنوات وأثار نقاشاً واسعاً حول الجرائم الأسرية وعقوبة الإعدام في مصر.
In a development that closes the curtain on one of the most controversial criminal cases in Egypt in recent years, the death sentence was carried out against Nourhan Khalil, known in the media as the "Girl from Port Said" or "Her Mother's Killer," after exhausting all stages of litigation and the ruling being upheld by the Court of Cassation.
Legal sources, including the defendant's lawyer, confirmed that the death sentence was executed inside Al-Abadiya Prison, with legal procedures taken for obtaining a burial permit and handing over the body to her family.
The execution of the sentence came after it became final following the rejection of the appeal submitted to the Court of Cassation, the highest judicial authority for reviewing criminal rulings.
The events of the case date back to Port Said Governorate, where investigations revealed the murder of Ms. Dalia Al-Houshi inside her home on December 14, 2022, in a crime that shocked the Egyptian public due to the nature of the familial relationship between the perpetrator and the victim, as well as the details revealed in the investigations that propelled the case to the forefront of media and legal attention for years.
The investigations revealed that the victim's daughter, Nourhan Khalil, a student at the Faculty of Arts at Port Said University, was accused of collaborating with her neighbor, a child who had not yet turned fifteen at the time of the crime, to intentionally kill her mother with premeditation.
The Public Prosecution referred the defendant to the Criminal Court on charges of intentional murder with premeditation, and after a series of sessions and pleadings, the court issued its death sentence by hanging in February 2023, following the issuance of a legal opinion from the Grand Mufti of the Republic. On May 18, 2025, the Court of Cassation upheld the ruling, making it enforceable under Egyptian law.
In recent months, there have been legal attempts to halt the execution of the sentence, including lawsuits and legal requests based on legislative developments and reconciliation procedures among some heirs. However, these efforts did not succeed in changing the legal status of the ruling issued against the defendant.
Local media circulated, in recent hours, details of the last visit that brought Nourhan Khalil together with her family members inside her detention before the execution of the sentence, where her father and several relatives visited her in a meeting described by sources as characterized by touching human emotions and a state of anticipation for the latest potential legal developments.
The case is considered one of the most prominent criminal cases that captured public attention in Egypt over the past years, due to its familial circumstances and the extensive media coverage and continuous monitoring of its judicial course until reaching the final ruling and its execution.
The case began after the victim was found murdered inside her home in Port Said Governorate, later revealing investigations that accused her daughter, Nourhan Khalil, of involvement in the crime.
